The room itself and basic facilities were standard, but the overall experience was overshadowed by serious issues with staff conduct.
Extremely disturbing experience with staff behavior. There were instances of harassment, intimidation, and inappropriate conduct towards me and my friends. The staff created a hostile and unsafe environment, which is completely unacceptable for a property under InterContinental Hotels Group.
Despite raising concerns, the situation was not handled professionally, and there was no sense of accountability. This is not a service issue it is a serious misconduct and guest safety issue.
The property itself has a decent exterior and the brand sets a certain expectation, but the stay was overshadowed by serious issues with staff conduct and management handling.
My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. I had serious concerns with the conduct of staff member Ansari and the way the situation was handled by duty manager Manan Mohan Jandyal. Their behavior came across as unprofessional, hostile, and completely inappropriate for a hotel operating under the Crowne Plaza and IHG brand.
What made this worse was not just the incident itself, but the lack of professionalism and accountability in how it was handled. Instead of making guests feel respected and safe, the experience became stressful and deeply unpleasant. This was far beyond a minor service issue and reflected very poorly on the standards of the property.
The physical property looks decent at first, but any positives were completely overshadowed by how badly the stay was handled by staff.
This stay was deeply disappointing and disturbing. Over the course of my time here, staff behavior was not just unprofessional but actively hostile. There were serious issues involving intimidation, abusive behavior, and conduct that made me and the people with me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What makes it worse is that this did not feel like one isolated misunderstanding. The overall handling of the situation reflected a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for guests.
For a hotel operating under the IHG and Crowne Plaza name, this was shocking. Guests should never have to deal with this kind of environment. This was not a minor service lapse or a small inconvenience. It was a serious failure in staff conduct and guest treatment, and it left a very negative impression of the property.
The catering staff were excellent, specially the manager & second in command.
No complimentary lounge access was there.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room in 2 days including providing fresh water bottles etc, kettle for hot coffee didn't work etc

The breakfast spread was limited, and needed maintenance of the room, also house keeping staff needed to take care of things in place before handing over the room. No towels given I have to ask for it. Also your check in timings are too late. The next morning from 11 am staff is behind of vacant the room on time. Check in time can be 2 pm rather 3 pm rest all okay
