Hotel Maintainance and food quality

Cons:

Ageing of a property is natural but proper maintenance is essential. The condition of the carpets in corridor the entire floor outside the lifts, needs urgent attention. There is a damp smell, the carpets appear dirty and unhygienic and the underlay is uneven. The same issue is noticeable in the room furniture as well.

The overall upkeep of the property and the quality of food both need significant improvement.

I like the behavior of the staff at Lounge bar.Pooja was very helpful and treated well.

Cons:

When I got the room it was not clean, hairs were all over the bathroom. Shoe shiner were not changed and kept the used one. While leaving for meeting I asked them to clean and change towel but it was not done When I returned.i am sorry to say I stayed earlier also but this time it was really embarrassing.
