Pros:

Friendly staff at the restaurant and bar.

Cons:

Housekeeping needs to improve as the room did not have towels on check-in. Had to ask multiple times before the towels arrived.

It was okay
Pros:

Great hotel, nice location. Close to all the hospitals and the train station.

Cons:

Bath towels and face towels looked old, it’s time to purchase new towels.( not up to 5 star standards.)
Also, I got woken up by the rats running in the ceiling at 4 am. Staff friendly and came to inspect the ceiling cavity and found rat bait. They have get on top of the pest control.

Plug points .. only one point for ironing and that too hidden somewhere.. breakfast too was very ordinary.
