Kearney was a nice stop and I would definitely go back.
Pros:

Kearney was a nice surprise. We loved one of the parks there and saw so many sandhill cranes. Very pleasant. Also, there were several restaurants within walking distance. We ate at Angus Burger which was okay. Fun atmosphere.

Pros:

We stayed here last year to view the cranes, It remains a very convenient location and no problems with late check in. Staff extremely friendly, room spotless, quiet, and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection: Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. Room price comparable to other hotels of this quality in the area.

Cons:

We had no concerns, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great stay, best of our vacation.
Pros:

The location was quiet but still near other establishments for food, etc. as nice as Fairfield as we have been in. Would stay again.

Cons:

Wonderful hotel. Clean and comfy.
Pros:

Spent a night here on our travels. The room was awesome. The bed was SO comfortable. The bathroom was well designed with the toilet behind a wall. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The best part was the staff. Everyone was lovely and kind and helpful. I thought it was a brand new hotel, but it is 14 years old and looks brand new. After a long day of travel, this hotel (and the bed) was perfect.

excellent sans the board- like mattress.
Pros:

The only negative was the horrendous mattress - it was like sleeping on a board. First night was noisy on a Thursday. Friday we didn't hear much but were exhausted from lack of sleep. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in - like legitimately spotless. Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. Breakfast area was clean. Pool and hot tub looked clean and nice - didn't use them.

Outstanding Hospitality, conveniently located near highway
Pros:

We stopped at this hotel twice on a road trip to visit family in the Midwest. I love that the location is right off the highway and there are plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. The staff was warm and inviting from the moment Jason checked us in. The room was spotless and we enjoyed having a fridge, tv and hot shower. We also took advantage of the pool area which was also clean and stocked with towels. The breakfast had more options than we expected and got us fueled for the day. Even the coffee was totally drinkable! Thank you for everything you provided us during our stay!
