Good central location
Room 201: curtains do not fully cover the window. The window that does open doesnt really shut. Mattress too big for bed.
The hotel is located at the center of The Hague and is easily accessible.
It was exceptionally dirty. We arrived at 1 a.m. to spend the night there. When we entered the room, we noticed that the bedsheets had clearly not been changed — there were hairs and dirt left by previous guests — and the floor had not been vacuumed either.
Since we were extremely tired and didn’t think the issue would be resolved easily at that hour, we ended up sleeping on top of the bed with our clothes on.
Although it was one of the cheapest options available in the area (€146), and we only intended to stay for a few hours, I still believe we should have been treated with more respect. Changing the bedsheets is the absolute minimum I would expect, no matter how budget-friendly a hotel is.
Unless you are a student planning to spend your entire stay drunk, avoid this place at all costs.
Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Bij problemen deden ze er alles aan om het op te lossen.
Beddengoed was vuil. Werd wel meteen vervangen toen we dit melden. Over het algemeen niet zo proper. De 4 persoonskamers waren niet volwaardig voor 4 volwassen personen. Ze waren opnieuw heel bereidwillig om ons te helpen voor een oplossing. De lift blokkeerde 10 minuten lang terwijl iemand van onze groep er in vast zat.

Alles verouderd, van alles maar 2 aanwezig terwijl we met 4 een 4 pers kaner hadden geboekt.
Aardig personeel alleen de kamer was niet heel schoon, de vloer was heel stoffig en erg plakkerig. Het was heel heet in de kamer desondanks dat de airco op de koudste stand stond, we wisten van te voren dat er geen raam aanwezig was maar hadden wel betere ventilatie verwacht. De badkamer was niet heel schoon en de douche kop houder viel nog net niet uit elkaar.
