AC not working in a closed room
Pros:

Location is good but the hotel wasn't what i expected from the pictures, it could be more better

Cons:

The AC isn't in a closed room(no window), staff isn't friendly at all, overall a bad experience besides that the hotel is in the center it's not good value for money

A primo impatto la camera appare carina ma poi mancavano asciugamani che abbiamo richiesto due volte e ottenuto solo cercandoceli dalla addetta alle pulizie che ci ha riferito”oggi sono finiti ho solo questi due” tra l’altro non puliti. Aria condizionata non funzionava in stanza con finestre solo a vasistas nei giorni di ondate di calore. Dicono di averlo riparato ma poi uguale. Almeno c’era un piccolo ventilatore. Letto scomodo. Frigorifero che non serve se quando si esce dalla stanza si spegne la corrente

The Location was excellent near the grote market

Cons:

The aircondationer was nos cold, it was a period of heatwave in europe and in the room was very warm that we had to sleep with open balcony.
