Perfect location for the planned weekend activities.
Pros:

Staff were their usual helpful and polite self. Whilst a little dated, this hotel remains excellent value for money and a very good choice of breakfast included. Will be back next year, hopefully!

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower in my room was without hot water for one day but I was moved, promptly and without fuss, to another, which was perfect.

Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfasts and generally good food—plus a fabulous location.!
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast. Extremely friendly staff— in fact above and beyond duty!! Perhaps the nicest ‘family run’ hotel in our experience. Well done!
Room was very small and sea view was only visible if you went out on to the balcony.
The location was great but the bus service was about a 10 minute walk away,and because of my partner’s inability to walk far,we had to rely on taxis which were quite expensive. You really need your own transport to see the island properly.

Cons:

Size of room! Very small facilities e.g. the shower,toilet and sink hardly able to move in and no room to sit comfortably- this was advertised as a luxury,large double room!!

Short stay but I enjoyed it
Pros:

Lovely place to stay. The restaurant is nice if you would like to have a drink you can enjoyed they have a terrace. if you like to relax and more walking to explore definitely I choose this one.Ive been a lot of hotel in shaklin this place is my favourite.Good breakfast as well. Lovely staff

Pros:

Good location, lovely hotel, staff great, very helpful, allowed us to leave cases all day, and us to hang around all day because our train was 6pm.

Exceptional value for money
Pros:

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional value for money, freshly cut fruit and lovely bread. Also the cost of food & drinks were fantastic very affordable.

Everything was perfect except for the weather lol

Pros:

Bon emplacement près de la promenade et à proximité du centre ville et des arrêts de bus. Le petit déjeuner inclus était bien copieux.

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner en sous-sol ne permettant pas de bénéficier de la vue sur la mer. Pas de pression sous la douche.

the staff was the best when we stay at the harrow lodge hotel. they have a great team in the hotel. better than some five star hotels we have stay in round the world anything you asked for the staff could not do enough for you, we only drink alcohol free wine and beer, one member of then want out to the shops and returned with some alcohol-free wine and beer for us, we just thought this so nice of them,

Great hotel. We loved our stay.
Pros:

Fantastic staff and great work ethic.. Food is excellent, and the attention to detail to make a customer stay great was nice to see. His was the best hotel I have stayed in for a long while. I would happily recommend the experience.

Cons:

Bed a bit soft for me, but the room was great and spacious. It's just a preference thing, but overall, this was a brilliantly managed hotel.
