Lovely hotel in peaceful setting
Pros:

A great little hotel set in lovely grounds. The friendly staff went over & above to help us at a stressful time. Good breakfast & the restaurant food was excellent. Peaceful setting, but the shuttlebus was appreciated.

Cons:

Some of the grounds could have benefitted from a bit of housekeeping, but nothing major.

Pros:

I camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili.
Ristorante dell'hotel eccezionale.
Bella piscina e palestra.
Dopo il check out ci hanno permesso di rimanere in piscina e utilizzare le docce/spogliatoi.
Tutto pulito.
Molto consigliate le gite organizzate dall'hotel, costano come quelle prenotate online (anche meno in alcuni casi) e sono ben organizzate.

Cons:

Davanti all'hotel c'è una spiaggia però non bellissima.

Great relaxing stay.
Pros:

Room spacious and clean lovely view of the pool.
Free shuttle to Ao nang markets.

Cons:

Just disappointed booked a massage and she turned up 30 mins late but besides that nothing.

Pros:

The staff were amazing and it was really close to a wedding that we were attending. It is outside of the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang which we appreciated.

Cons:

The rooms are dated, and there was a lot of construction happening on our building (we assume) we were on the first floor but could still hear the constitution on the roof all night.

Die Anlage ist wirklich schön und das Personal großartig! Mir wurde sogar zum Geburtstag vorgesungen:-)
Auch das Zimmer selbst war sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Der Strand gegenüber des Hotels war nicht wahnsinnig sauber, rechts und links große Industrieanlagen. Dafür kann das Resort natürlich nichts, aber ein eigener, gepflegter Strandabschnitt würde das Erlebnis echt verbessern!

Ruhige Familienfreundliche Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal für kleines Geld. Jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekomme

Besonders an diesem Hotel vorzuheben ist das Personal und der Pool ist auch schön.

Cons:

Die Lage und der Strand vor dem Hotel. Zwischen dem Hotel und Strand ist eine Straße. Das Hotel liegt zwischen zwei kleineren Häfen, was auch nicht wirklich schön ist. Es ist auch nicht selbstverständlich hier ein Grab oder Bolt zu bekommen. Wir mussten um in die Stadt oder Flughafen zu kommen eine Stunde nach einem Transport suchen. Das Hotel bietet zwar Shuttle an diese sind jedoch an bestimmte Zeiten gebunden. Und der Flughafenshuttle ist meiner Meinung nach viel zu teuer (1000THB Grab hat 400THB gekostet).
