Pros:

Overall good, but breakfast could be improved
Pros:

Deluxe room was great, as expected. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast, especially western, was not great, and got boring after a few days. There is just one choice of bread, very bland white square bread, no croissants, only basic sugary cereals, no yoghurts or fresh fruit. This is the only bad point of this hotel.

Pros:

員工很友善，因爬山前後都訂同一間，旅館可免費讓我們寄放大型行李。下山那天check in,員工直接幫忙把行李送到房門口。地點很好，附近很多吃的，對面就有便利超商，加雅街夜市走過去大概5分鐘，超方便

OK, BUT NOT GREAT

Excellent location.

Cons:

A strange layout with the bedhead against the window?? You couldn't appreciate the view from the window because the bed was blocking your access?? Very strange 🤔
I actually spent 4 nights at this hotel, 2 nights as part of a tour group and 2 nights independently. The room was serviced each day but was given a 'light touch'. The bed was made and the towel changed. A dirty plate was left in my room for days, empty shampoo and gel containers were not removed from the shower cubicle, the soapstand next to the sink wasn't cleaned 🙃 Breakfast was cold fried eggs, soggy hashbrowns, but there was a good variety of food. Not overly impressed 😒

Good location, but not breakfast.
Pros:

We like the location, we like the people who attended (exception to concierge who did not know anything about tourism in KL).
Confortable room.

Cons:

We did not like the breakfast. It is basically for Asian treats.
Normal one type of fruit. No range of bread (basically sliced loaf). Only butter in additional. No hot milk.
No natural juices.
Coffee only from machine.
No yogurt.

Pros:

My stay was excellent from beginning to end. The parking area was convenient and easy to access, which made arrival very smooth. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Everything was in good condition and the environment was very relaxing. Overall, the service and facilities made my stay very pleasant. I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
