Cons:

L’accueille du personnelles à mon arrivée très désagréables ils mon Déjà servis plusieurs fois je ne sais pas pour quoi la Mme. Me donnais de l’attitude comme si elle ne m’avais jamais servis, très déçus.

Enjoyed our stay & look forward to coming back.
Pros:

Clean hotel with spacious rooms, a good breakfast, and excellent customer service. I’ve stayed here multiple times with my family, and it’s always been a positive experience. Highly recommend.

Comfy, clean
Pros:

The bed was comfy, the room was clean. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The bartender was 10/10!

Cons:

Our whirlpool drain plug was broken so it was draining while in use and we had to continue to fill it. We had 2 key cards but one did not work for our room or the back door entry from outside. Breakfast was mediocre, soggy potatoes but the coffee and fruit were good.

Pros:

Très propre et bien placé proche des magasins le personnel super professionnel le déjeuner standard mais très bien.

Cons:

Toilette bloqué nous avons du faire appel à 2 reprises pour déboucher la cuvette

Fantastic all-round first holiday in Canada.
Pros:

It gave me the opportunity to start off the day with a gym and pool session, followed by a solid buffet breakfast (which had decent food options), enabling me to have plenty of energy for big days of sightseeing and tennis attendance (the National Bank Open was on at Sobeys Stadium during my stay at the tail end of July and start of August 2025). The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Would definitely recommend.

It was great! Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but wish it extended longer as we missed 2 days of breakfast due to our schedule as well as food an availability late at night. However the snack station is always available 24/7 but would have chosen different food if other options were there.

Cons:

Cleaner pool/hot tub and the lock on the shower bathroom door did not work/lock properly.
