Bekvämt hotell med bra service
Pros:

Frukosten var mycket bra jämfört med andra nord-amerikanska hotell. Rummet med separat toalett och dusch var mycket praktiskt för en familj på fem personer. Parkeringen var rymlig och inte så dyr (5 CAD per dag). Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för hotellgäster fanns på andra våningen nära vårt rum vilket var praktiskt då vi reste utan in-checkat baggage. Tvättmaskinerna och torktumlarna fungerade med "loonies" (1-dollars mynt) som man kunde växla i reception. En kontantuttagsmaskin (ATM) fanns in hotellet mittemot. Ismaskin (gratis) och läskedrycksautomat (3 CAD) fanns också på andra våningen.

Cons:

Inomhuspoolen var aningen för varm. Antalet barn och vuxna i poolen var ofta hög, så ljudnivån var ofta störande och vattnet känndes inte så fräscht. Avståndet till Toronto centrum var långt. Vi valde detta hotell för priset och närheten till metrons sista station, vilken låg cirka 1,2 kilometers gångavstånd från hotellet. Metroresan till Union station tog ungefär 50 minuter.

the facility staff and breakfast were wonderful.
the beds were very comfortable, the room was very cozy, neat and clean, and the separated rest and bath room were very convenient,

Refus d'honorer la réservation via Booking

Propre et près de Canada's Wonderland.

Cons:

Service très bête à l'accueil. Refus d'appliquer le tarif booking. Malgré que j'ai finalement payé via Booking, l'hôtel m'a chargé les chambres au gros tarif après mon départ sans m'aviser.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Toronto
Pros:

Das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal machte es uns sehr leicht, uns hier wohlzufühlen. Hinzu kam, dass das Hotel sehr schön gelegen ist, sehr hübsche, großzügige und blitzsaubere Zimmer hat und viele Annehmlichkeiten bietet: z.B. ein eigenes, sehr gutes Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Parkplätze. Für einen Aufenthalt in Toronto für uns die beste Wahl.

Hôtel moderne et propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Réseau WIFI de bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité avec un personnel agréable.

Cons:

Malheureusement le 2e ascenseur étant en panne, il y’avait de longs temps d’attente avant de pouvoir l’emprunter. L’établissement possède une piscine mais pour y accéder, il faut se déplacer dans les couloirs directement en maillot de bain. Des peignoirs auraient été la bienvenue.
