Helpful and friendly staff, lovely rooms, great location
Pros:

At first look this hotel has strange labyrynthic corridoors with swirly carpets making you feel a little claustraphobic but the rooms were actually clean, bright modern and spacious making our time here very confortable. The staff couldnt be more helpful and accomodating and the seafront location was lovely , right by the Pier. The only thing missing was a conmunal lounge/ lobby where we could congregate ( we were a party of 12) or a restaurant for breakfast - we had to go outside but Deal had plenty to offer on that front and all very close to the hotel.

We had a great time and will come back to Deal to explore more.
Pros:

Beautiful room, great seafront view.
Fantastic facilities especially the in-room slipper bath.
Comfortable huge bed.

Cons:

Due to the location next to the reception and stairs there was quite a lot of internal noise from other hotel guests.
Maybe a heavy curtain over the door which would also help with privacy when opening the room door into the reception?

Cozy, great location with a microwave.
Pros:

Great location, perfect for my overnight stay walking distance from everything needed. The room was perfectly clean, on the smaller size but has everything you need and more. Love the microwave, plates, cutlery, fridge, tea/coffee - perfect touch! I would stay again! Great check out button on your door, saved time.

Cons:

On the pricey side for the size of the room and view of a car park.

We enjoyed our time in Deal
Pros:

The smugglers cabin was beautifully appointed with a great view and located right by the pier
The care with servicing the room was great . Lovely big fluffy towels and tea/ coffee available
Deal is a lovely unspoilt seaside town and we enjoyed our time there very much

Cons:

Parking is extra through the park could not have been nearer . We thought we would have been provided with breakfast but had not realised that it was not available . Our booking mistake . Because of those two things we were initially disappointed . And it made the stay more expensive .

Pros:

-Central location
-Secure storage for our ebikes overnight
-Plenty of options nearby for breakfast - we had cooked breakfast a couple of doors down for £6.50 each

Worth it for the view and the sunrise.
Pros:

The exterior of the property was rather unprepossessing and the 'hotel' offered no communal facilities, but the location of the suite was excellent, with an uninterrupted view over the sea. The interior of the suite was well furnished, tasteful and spotless. Parking in the nearby public car park was straightforward and convenient. There was a good choice of eateries nearby. We tried the Turkish restaurant next door and found it excellent, with generous portions and a friendly ambience. The sunrise that poured into the room in the morning was amazing and made the whole experience memorable.

Tophotel met prachtig uitzicht op zee!
Pros:

Mooie ruime, schone kamer (3 pers familiekamer) met prachtig uitzicht op zee.
Goede bedden en een prettige badkamer met bad/douche.

Magnetron, koelkastje, bestek, servies en Nespresso koffieautomaat/waterkoker aanwezig. Dus je kan 's ochtends even je eigen ontbijtje maken met aanwezige keukengerei.

Cons:

Je kan parkeren op een algemene grote parkeerplaats om de hoek bij het hotel. Vanaf 6pm gratis tot volgende ochtend 8am. Ik had geen muntgeld dus moest auto om 8am verplaatsen. Je kan hier niet met bankcard/contactloos betalen.
