Important information:

The Bernadette suite is wheelchair friendly and on ground level, it is not fully disabled friendly but we are working towards this.
Due to the nature of the building, we ask those with limited ability or who struggle to climb stairs to contact us so we can ensure we allocate you to a room that is suited to your needs.
As per the property's policy, we will charge all bookings 48 hrs prior to your check in, using the card details we have been provided (unless payment was during the booking process.).
We have the right to cancel any booking if we are unable to recover funds for your booking during this 48hr window.

Guest check in is between 15:00-22:00, however, reception is only staffed until 18:00. We ask guests to inform us of any check ins after 18:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Meh I am glad I stayed only one night
Pros:

- great view
- good location
- comfortable beds
- microwave and fridge in the room
- complementary water bottles

Cons:

- dirty walls and doors
- old carpet
- useless glass door in the bathtub with holes, so the bathroom was basically flooded after each shower
- old dirty windows
- very steel stairs

good location some rooms are definitely not suitable for older people with mobility issues
Pros:

location having a small fridge and microwave

Cons:

the room allocated needed to be acessed by 2 flights of very steep narrow staircases that spiralled
It was extremely difficult for my wife to ascend these stairs she has a ling condition and is registered disabled.
We did ask a member of staff if we could change room but was told there was no availibilty on the ground floor

Clean, comfy and had everything i needed.
Pros:

Easy self check in and out.
Room was clean, comfy bed, having a bath and a shower was great.
Facilities in the room were great and replenished each day.
Excellent WiFi connection and wireless charging unit.

Cons:

I found the quilt quite heavy.

Pros:

A well-located hotel and the room that we stayed in had a wonderful sea view. The deal itself was wonderful, with an amazing array of restaurants.

Cons:

This is not a hote in the normal way.l. This is more like service departments or similar. Attention to detail was not great. The room could have been cleaner. For example the lamp shades were very, very dusty and there was a slow leak in the bathroom coming through the wall, which was clearly not new. However the staff were attentive and helped when there were problems. Overall despite the issues, I would probably stay again.

Wonderful stay. Plenty to see and do for us older people! Very relaxing! Definitely will return.

If you don't mind uncomfortable beds everything else was ok
Pros:

I liked how central it was, and how easy checking in was. It was all pretty seamless.

Cons:

Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, the rooms are a little tired and could do with a little tlc. I know it probably isn't in the hotels control but the parking to the rear - you can stay from 6pm-8am for free but then you only get 3 hours max stay after that. You have to move to another car park which I believe is also a 3 hour max stay.
