The location of the hotel is awful and beautiful.
I stayed at the hotel for one night, and unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory. The watch was not working in my room, there was no hot water in the tap, and the milk provided was expired. In addition, the heater in the room was not working. I also had to wait outside the room because no spare key was available, and the receptionist was not available at all times.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Nahe am Bahnhof und nahe am Meer - was will man mehr! Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig.

The location
Attention to detail like loo roll holder wasn't able to dispense toilet paper. Clock didn't work, tv remote didn't work.
The location and the staff
Room mattresses, there was no hot water and wamer the whole night. Did not find any staff to raise the concerns. No oven, no fridge, and it was a bad odor at the entrance. It was not up to the expected level . Very bad experience. Staff friendly when we arrived.
Stayed here for a weekend away with the wife and was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received from the friendly staff. Our room was number 7 which was a spacious double room with a double bed and a single bed, ensuite toliet and shower with two chairs, tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The wall mounted tv was great with a perfect picture and we had a lovely view of the Church from our window. The room was clean, tidy and smelled fresh. Fresh towels were ample along with free bathroom shower gel and conditioner. Free good steady Internet was available from the hotel which was perfect for us. The bed was really comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is centrally located just off the main promenade and is close to all amenities. We visited the bar in the hotel were they had a good choice of draught beers, ciders and a great choice of spirits. This Hotel is a budget hotel, centrally located with clean comfortable rooms and friendly helpful down to Earth honest staff who genuinely wish you the very best stay. Parking like everywhere in Llandudno is a challenge but there are ample free public parking spaces close by. Overall a good value hotel that is clean, tidy and run by genuinely good people who endeavour to please you. The hotel is very good value for money compared to others close by. We didn't stay for breakfast as we planned to meet freinds elsewhere so we can't comment on the food. 10/10 for us for value for money, location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Ideal location, central to the town, sea, shops & night life. The hotel room was clean, comfortable with easy check in and out. We didn't bring a dog but it's nice that dogs are made welcome.
There are a few stairs. Being an older building I presume a lift cannot be installed. It didn't bother us but it's something guests should be aware of.
