Fantastic location and lovely staff !!
Pros:

We thought the location was absolutely perfect ! However my children with the stairs as were we right at the top . Lovely staff. Room was fine. Clean and exactly what you needed

Cons:

The stairs to the room. No iron or hair dryer unfortunately but nothing more to say.

We had the best weekend, we love llandudno

Would spend my days out and come back to the hotel room late just to sleep to avoid spending time in there and Couldn’t

Cons:

The reception looks like a storage room it wasn’t so welcoming.The room wasn’t clean carpet dirty and dusty tops . No toilet paper in my room asked for it and got it later the next day had to buy one to use before getting one from the hotel

It was very good and comfy clean but the stairs was too long
Pros:

Very clean and very tidy place. And Tv was a good touch as well plus the toilet was clean overall I enjoyed it

Cons:

The bunk bed was very squeaky and it was a pain to climb the stairs all the way to the top of the building I was worried on how to climb the stairs😂

Very value for money and family friendly
Pros:

Staff very friendly and location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and after all day walking? Had the perfect night sleep. Staff always on hand and always smiling. :)
