The smell when you walked in.very unclean how staff had axcess to our room after we had locked it to pop out only to come back and they had taken our things out of our room.when we asked were our stuff was they gave it back from behind the bar and sheepishly.would never stay here again and the pictures on booking .com do not match what you get when you arrive.shame as location of hotel is perfect.
