Ideal for everything, a wee gem of a place. Warm welcoming staff from the minute I arrived. Fab food too. Will defo be back next year when down for the Welsh snooker open. Highly recommended and great prices too 👌

Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely room with a beautiful view. Really comfortable beds and quiet at night. Good location, just off the promenade. Very good value for money breakfast and very dog friendly.
The staff we're amazing 👏 so helpful and they did really spent time to to get to know you and made our family feel welcome.
I would give the breakfasts 10 out if 10 it really did set us up for the morning.
Our family room was very clean and spacious and had a table and 4 chairs in it, this came in really useful for the kids doing colouring etc, also for us to sit round and play board games.
I'm looking forward to going back at the next school holidays.
It could do with a lick of paint and tidying up a bit, but that didn't mat, she's a very old buolding and not everything can be perfect.
Our bathroom was a bit dated and the bath was a bit of a struggle to get in because of the shower screen, at the end of the day you get in and wash and get out again..
The food menu for lunch and evening meal was limited but it did have something for everyone on offer.

The location
Dirty carpet in room including dog footprints. Mould all round the base of the shower. One tea bag between two of us. Poor unsafe lighting on the stairs, didn’t come on till you were almost at the bottom of 20 stairs. Staff were informed of this problem. The entrance to the hotel is full of clutter and the reception is no better. When leaving premises the front door was stiff and difficult to open. A danger if a fire broke out.
The food was very good. And the position was perfect for us
