Exceeded our expectations in every way.

The staff is polite, kind, and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious. The spa was perfect and the restaurant on the premise was excellent. Everything about this place was perfect. I will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely great service. They went above and beyond the ensure we had a great stay, including arranging transportation for us after we missed train and bus transfers due to train cancellation. The stay was great and helped us plan our day to see the most of the area with the time we had. The room was great and the Spa, pool, and other facilities were also excellent.

Loved waking up to a beautiful Mountain View. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and loved breakfast. I wish I stayed there a few more days to enjoy the amenities on the property. I would stay there again in the future.

Beautiful hotel & location. The staff are very kind and welcoming.
The rooms are missing an air condition in the warm days of August, but other than that it was perfect.

Timing for wellness spa is odd. It doesn't available in early morning or late evening. Tourist would not get a chance if they are exploring Dolomites places or hikes.

This hotel was wonderful. Great location, the staff were amazing, and the rooms were great! The pool on the top floor overlooking the valley is a great place to relax.

Hotel moderne, propre, tres bon emplacement. Pres de plusieurs restaurants et de plusieurs departs de randonnées. Bel espace spa avec piscine infini. Les chambres ont une belles vues avec balcon. Le petite dejeuner etait tres bon. Le gym par contre est très de base. Aucun poids libre.

The beds were too small, measuring only about 80cm wide, and the mattresses were too soft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - staff, facilities, location excellent - hotel dining very good - pool, sauna great, very clean, spacious rooms, easy to park, walkable to shops and gondola

Very friendly, convenient and happy place.

The outdoor pool was a cold temperature so we could not use it and the hot tub was luke warm temperature so it was unenjoyable.

The staff did not give any explanation of amenities or details of room that we would have found helpful throughout our stay.

The room was clean but there was no AC or ventilation so we had to keep the balcony door open every night to get some type of fresh air. We could not control the temperature in our room. There was no vents.

The area is convenient and the parking lot was nice but other than that - was not impressed.

Excelente hotel y atención !

Dejligt Hotel til par og børne familie med det sødeste personale. Utrolig hjælpsomme med vandre og cykelture. Dejlige værelser med smukkeste udsigt til bjergene. Lift station og bus stop ved døren samt vandre stier og cykel stier ved døren.
Maden om aftenen var utrolig lækker og morgenmaden var også meget dejlig.
Spa og uden dørs ny pool.
Der var ikke noget at sætte en finger på .

Thoughtfully appointed with generous amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend.
