Pros:

The location is perfect and central. The amazing unobstructed beach view is to die for. You dont need to get in your car to go anywhere.

Unit was a little dated, but it was suffice for what we needed.

Cons:

The apartment was old with newer furnishings. Mould in the bottom of the shower and no air conditioning in the bedroom. Only in the main area.

Cons:

Check in was confusing with booking.com confirmation. Very outdated, hence the renovation I suppose. Noise from outside was loud.

Property very rundown considering it was a penthouse

Cons:

Was run down and all the furniture was very used in main bedroom their was TV on wall and no seating door handles were missing on cupboard in laundry room with screws exposed overall expected more for the price we paid.

Location, vibe, ocean. Well appointed apartment with great views.
Pros:

This property is in a prime location (if not the best) in Coolum Beach. Everything is within walking distance, do as much or as little as you like. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from your apartment, and watching the people on the beach watching the sunrise at the same time, doesn't get any better.
