Long weekend getaway
Pros:

The location is perfect and central. The amazing unobstructed beach view is to die for. You dont need to get in your car to go anywhere.

Cons:

Unit was a little dated, but it was suffice for what we needed.

The property was close to everything. The views where amazing and it was quiet at night

Cons:

The apartment was old with newer furnishings. Mould in the bottom of the shower and no air conditioning in the bedroom. Only in the main area.

Pros:

View of Coolum beach in room 22.

Cons:

Check in was confusing with booking.com confirmation. Very outdated, hence the renovation I suppose. Noise from outside was loud.

Disappointed with room
Pros:

Property very rundown considering it was a penthouse

Cons:

Was run down and all the furniture was very used in main bedroom their was TV on wall and no seating door handles were missing on cupboard in laundry room with screws exposed overall expected more for the price we paid.

Location, vibe, ocean. Well appointed apartment with great views.
Pros:

This property is in a prime location (if not the best) in Coolum Beach. Everything is within walking distance, do as much or as little as you like. Watching the sunrise over the ocean from your apartment, and watching the people on the beach watching the sunrise at the same time, doesn't get any better.

" Absolutely outstanding in every way"

Location was fantastic
My Son and his Wife and children live in Yaroomba so a perfect location to them .
I had Dental Appointments in Maroochydore so again perfect .
As I have lived in Coolum before, I absolutely loved returning to my beach walks

Cons:

We could not fault on anything x The staff were outstanding and always made contact when we moved through the building . We need to return in September and would soo love the same unit ")

Great location - spectacular views and lots of living space. Upper floor was good to have with BBQ & jacuzzi!
Pros:

For Coolum the location is second to none!
Penthouse with upstairs entertainment area was a great space with an amazing view!

Cons:

It’s a bit tired. A planned upgrade is due. Hard to keep an older place clean but this felt a little neglected.
