Hotel Il Castellino Relais

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are warm and welcoming, the location couldn't be better - a 20 minute walk into beautiful Vieste, and right across the street from a long, sandy, really clean beach. Plenty of free parking, gorgeous pool, and a tennis court. We had a junior suite in the 5th floor with a small balcony and a big terrace with very nice sun loungers and patio furniture. And there was a lift, thank goodness! Breakfast is wonderful, with everything fresh and locally sourced. Vieste was a real treat - gorgeous old quarter with lovely shops and really great restaurants.

Excellent room 302 with terrace and great sea view, the beach is just opposite. Breakfast is delicious and served until 11.30 am, the service is impeccable and friendly, staff going the extra mile to make guests happy! A big thank you to all, Antonella, Michela, Giuseppe, Daniela, Mariangela, the night receptionist who we don’t know the name unfortunately and the cleaning team, highly recommended

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders an der Rezeption sogar deutschsprachig .Das Frühstück war sehr gut und man kann auch draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken.

We really enjoyed our four days here the hotel had a very nice boutique feel,our room was comfortable with a lovely sea view, staff were very friendly and helpful a special mention to the two staff working in the breakfast room, they were excellent.

Struttura curata, camere pulite e spaziose ( avevamo con noi anche il nostro barboncino Leo), colazione a buffet con scelta infinita di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Bici a disposizione gratuita molto apprezzato. Lido convenzionato con animali ammessi. Davvero un bel weekend rilassante e piacevole.

A peaceful hotel with a lovely clean pool and a fabulous breakfast service. Free parking and just a short walk to town (15 mins) and across the road to the beach (2 mins)

We had the most wonderful time at Hotel Il Castellino Relais. It was our second visit to the hotel. We stayed in room 302. Highly recommend this room as it has a private terrace with sunbeds, lounge chairs and coffee table. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and delicious, with fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, meats, cheeses, bread and other delicious treats, as well as fresh squeezed orange or carrot juice. The AC and WI-FI work perfectly. The nearby beach with sunbeds and umbrella is clean, and the water is warm and calm. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. We will return as soon as we can.

We had a delightful five-night stay at Hotel Il Castellino Relais. Our room (Deluxe with balcony and sea view) was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The breakfasts were incredibly generous, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options, all served with exceptionally gracious hospitality.

We were especially impressed by the hotel's thoughtful and comprehensive services, including complimentary use of bicycles and beach towels, as well as recommendations for nearby restaurants. The friendly gardener could be seen each day taking meticulous care of the grounds. A particularly kind gesture was when the helpful woman at the reception desk provided me with a small sewing kit after my favorite travel shirt tore – a perfect example of their attentive service!

One thing travelers should note when considering this hotel is that it is located on the northern edge of Vieste. To reach the historic and cultural center and main restaurant district, you’ll need to drive (5 minutes), bike (7 minutes), or walk (25 minutes). That said, the hotel has a lovely and immaculate pool, and its quieter location provides easy access to the beach, and to lovely towns like Peschici to the north. Several nice beachside restaurants are within walking distance, and we particularly enjoyed the Lido and Restaurant San Lorenzo, nestled in a charming little cove just around the corner.

Our favorite hotel of our trip down the East side of Italian coast line. We extended our stay 2 more nights.

We loved this hotel. It was a 20 minute stroll from the centre of Vieste. Antonella was wonderful on reception and all staff very welcoming. The grounds and pool were immaculate and the beach was just over the road. Our room was spacious with a kettle and a brilliant balcony. Breakfast was great with a wide selection of food. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful well kept Hotel. Spacious private surroundings with access to the beach across the road. Large clean swimming pool and tennis courts. Excellent breakfast. Room was large, well cleaned , comfortable beds with a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly. The walk into town is about 15 minutes but there are good free bikes available.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel had beautiful artwork throughout and was in well kept condition. We stayed 2 nights, we had a wonderful time there. The beach access is a bit of a walk but very nice none the less. The views from the balcony were amazing

Ein sehr hübsches Hotel mit richtig gutem Frühstück. Großer Pool, auch wenn die Poolanlage auf den 1. Blick nicht so schön wirkt, fühlt man sich sehr wohl dort. Extrem freundlicher Empfang durch die Dame an der Rezeption. Die Liegen des Hotels am Strand sind wenige Minuten entfernt. Genügend Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

The standard rooms are small, though definitely comfortable, but most everything else is near perfect. The hotel comes across as a resort what with the provided pool, tennis courts, bicycles, secure parking and beach loungers and umbrellas. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is the best we've ever had in Italy. And all at very affordable rates. The only negative that I might mention is that it is a fair walk into Vieste for us seniors and parking is difficult in that town. What a great hotel.

Personell is gery friendly and helpfull.
Garden and swimmingpool in perfect state.
It was a very pleasant stay. We rented the bikes of on move, who are parked at the resort. Vieste is perfect city, with many nice shopss and restaurants. Nice little harbor. You can rent a boator book a boatrip. At the beach you can s.u.p or take kitesurf lessons.

Hotel carino.con piscina campo da tennis e per raggiungere il mare basta attraversare la strada.camera piccola ma confortevole.un appunto sul materasso troppo morbido ma questa è questione personale.un bagno ecco la doccia piccola si fa fatica a girarsi.per il resto tutto ottimo la prima colazione con ampissima scelta tra dolce e salato .è stata canche una piacevole scoperta che avevamo ombrellone e 2 lettini al bagno Guadlupe.l'albergo dista circa 2km dal centro di vieste volendo la sera si può fare una passeggiata senza spostare l'auto.

Nous avons passé une nuit au Castellino qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la plage privée ni de la piscine mais cette possibilité existe.
Nous étions logés dans un bungalow propre et confortable. Le personnel a été disponible et aimable. Le petit déjeuner avec des spécialités locales est excellent.
L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre ville qui est accessible en voiture.
