notre hébergement a été surbooké. Pas de chambre disponible. PLUS DE RESERVATION A NOTRE NOM.Le gérant n'a rien voulu savoir. Nous avons perdu 90 euros; c'est une honte. Je déconseille la plate forme Expedia. pas de relogement proposé (complet à nevers en raison de la course Magny cours; jE DEMANDE LE REMBOURSEMENT; A LEGOFF

Pros:

Appalling place. Dirty, not the room that was booked. Walls in bedroom filthy. Shower awful with heavy mold. No wardrobe as such. Toilet filthy and no paper provided. Walls stained and marked. Carpet disgustingly filthy. Reception closed, had to ring twice before manager arrived. Downstairs unclean and very shabby. Did not stay as was concerned about catching something. Have stayed in cheaper places for one night which was cleaner, better facilities and reception open. Expedia should be ashamed to have put their name to this place as it should be condemned!!!!! If we could have given zero stars we would have! Avoid at all costs. No close parking.

Je regrette ne pas avoir été informée avant mon arrivée que la salle à manger était en travaux et que le service du petit-déjeuner n'était pas assuré

Pros:

Un séjour horrible, sale, couverture du lit sale, lavabo avec joint defectueux, douche d'appartement dans une baignoire, saleté sur la chaise de la chambre, rien de conforme, peintures négligé ect,ect. Le matin à 11 heures l'acceuil était fermé, obliger de jeter les clefs de la chambre par une fente du carreau d'acceuil. Nous avons passés une nuit cauchemardesque !

Pros:

Hôtel du 19e siècle dans son jus en cours de restauration. L'accueil y est charmant. Pas d'ascenseur donc pas accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. La literie est bonne, le linge est propre, wc et salle de bain sur le palier.
