Hotel e spa bellissima vorrei dare un voto 10 alle due ragazze della reception Wiem e Julia ragazze attente e professionali a qualsiasi domanda o esigenza del cliente con sorrisi , gentilezza e educazione. Buongiorno! Siamo appena rientrati dopo un piacevolissimo, seppur breve soggiorno passato da voi, tant'è, che ns figlio non voleva proprio venire via 😅!! Devo dire che la gentilezza e simpatia di tutto il personale è davvero unica! Dalle ragazze della reception, ai camerieri , passando x l' animazione e finendo con un grazie infinito alla strepitosa Gabriela della ristorazione! Unica veramente!Idem x le ragazze della spa, in particolare la dolcissima Miriam, che ha fatto n messaggio relax coi fiocchi , al piccolo di casa ! Grazie a tutti davvero❤️.. Siamo stati benissimo 😍..

Se posso permettermi, ma non in termine offensivo, assolutamente ..Rimodernerei un po' i bagni..La doccia della camera è un po' datata..E purtroppo si allagava subito il bagno .. Anche l' acqua della piscina dove possono stare anche i bimbi, era un po' freddina .. Al contrario della spa x gli adulti, dove la temperatura è perfetta!..Solo questo..

Mily personal, ktery reagoval na nase dotazy ci prani. Nabidka jidel k veceri byla zajimava na kazdy den, dezerty vyborne, snidane sice stejne, ale siroka nabidka. Bazen skvely. Blizko na svah. Pokoje byl cisty a prostorny. Kazdy vecer animacni program pro deti.

Cons:

Trampolina by chtela jiz tedy vymenit a u ping-pongu zrovna chybely micky, ale to se muze stat pri tak vysokem poctu deti, ktere ty micky znici.

Soggiorno ideale per famiglie e sciatori grazie alla posizione strategica e ai servizi.
Pros:

La posizione è imbattibile per chi scia. il noleggio e gli impianti sono a soli 50 metri dall'hotel quindi una comodità incredibile viaggiando con famiglia e cane. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la piscina è diventata l'appuntamento fisso di mia figlia ogni pomeriggio. nota sulla temperatura dell'acqua che era perfetta anzi leggermente sopra la media e quindi molto piacevole. Un plauso anche all'animazione per adulti e bambini che ci ha permesso di rilassarci davvero e alla colazione sempre ricca e abbondante.

Cons:

L'unica nota meno entusiasmante è la cena. piatti normali senza quel tocco in più che ci saremmo aspettati rispetto all'ottima colazione. diciamo che c'è margine di miglioramento sulla varietà o la ricercatezza del menù serale.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön . Die Ausstattung vom ganzen Hotel ist sehr gut . Schönes großes sauberes Zimmer sowie das saubere Bad. Das Abendessen ( Menü ) war hervorragend das Personal war sehr aufmerksam Das Frühstück hat war ebenfalls sehr gut.
