It was a wonderful experience staying at this cozy little place which is at a stone throw distance from the Kailash Colony metro (Violet Line).
Courteous staff who are at your service and who ensure you are well looked after. The breakfast spread is simple, but good and to your taste.
Overall, it was a great stay at this home away from home.
Special thanks to Mr. Akilesh, Ranjit, Vinod and Marshal.
In October (2024), my wife and I had the pleasure to stay several days at Home @F37, as a base for exploring tourist spots of Delhi. We had chosen the hotel because of the favorable comments of other travelers.
The small hotel, located in a typical Delhi neighborhood, with nearby Metro connection, turned out very well for us. The hotel has a local “family” character, where the staff makes every guest welcome, and it is very reasonably priced.
The manager, Santosh Singh, in particular, is available at any time to his guests - for organizing cars for site visits, shopping and transport to/from the airport, foreign money exchange, SIM card purchase at the hotel, and else, and any kind of information a guest might seek.
We wish the hotel continued success in hosting its guests.
Very nice hotel in a reasonably quiet part of the city. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was lovely and food great, what more could you want. Also very reasonably priced. Some lovely restaurants only a few minutes walk, just be careful crossing the road.
My stay in Home@F37 has been an amazing experience. The staff is kind and caring, rooms are clean and well furnished, breakfast is very good and various (5 stars for the cappuccino, italians will be happy!). I need to mention Santosh, the manager of the hotel, always available and kind, organized and helpful. I wish all the hotel around India would be like this place. Thank you for everything!
Hotel rooms are good and it is in a good location. The staffs are good, except a few of them who are not properly trained to handle the bills and payment issue of the guests. Quite a few times confusion have been created for the billing part. This could have been avoided. Otherwise, it is a good hotel with a decent breakfast menu spread and a good Kitchen service.
This is a small hotel but it is very nice.Do not expect five star luxury .The lobby is very small and rooms are ok.But service is good and the food is excellent. The breakfast spread is the best that i had recently and they even give you a packed breakfast if you have a early morning journey ahead.we had a room just beside the reception but there was no noise and the room was sound proof.so had a nice sleep. Also vehicles are available very easily outside.so overall nice place to stay
My husband and I stayed here for one week in April 2023.
ALL staff from moment we arrived to checking out were welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Everyone was so lovely and kind and helpful.
Excellent air-conditioning in our room, very effective, as was the bathroom and TV. Safe in the wardrobe, kettle, good size bottles of water provided daily. Bed was really wide and we slept well.
As we were on the side of the hotel there was quite, which was greatly needed after the city noise.
Breakfast was EXCELLENT!! All vegetarian and vegan. Hot and cold. Regional and continental. Changed daily except for the sambar, which was delicious. Hot drinks to order were spot on.
We ate at the hotel two evenings. Food again was excellent.
Metro station was a few minutes walk away which made getting everywhere in the city achievable. The area itself, both sides of the main road were good.
'Modern Bazaar' shop a few minutes the other way for water and everything really.
Can not recommend this hotel enough. The staff should be proud of themselves for making us feel safe and welcome.
Often commented how happy we were to turn the corner and see our little oasis welcoming us back.
The other reviews here really say it all - it's a great choice for a stay in Delhi.
The location is great with easy access to metro, autos, etc.
Close to good eating places (Storm, Fat Jar, Thalairaj Biryani, California Burrito) and Kailash Colony Market.
It's small and quiet (no noise from other guests, though some road noise as you might expect in Delhi in the front facing rooms).
It's comfortable - with good A/C and air purifiers in every room, lots of storage space, safe, etc. (I'd like to see softer pillows or more pillow choice though).
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Food offered is good.
And the price for all of this is excellent.
I loved my stay here. The hotel is in a nice part of the city and offered all I could have wanted from my stay. It is wonderfully clean and comfortable... my room was such a welcome sanctuary after my wild days exploring all over the city. The food is delicious... starting with breakfast, which is so beautifully and freshly prepared each day, with wonderful variety... And then for my evening meals I enjoyed really beautiful, tasty food from the menu, in the comfort of my room. The hotel is also able to advise on trip options, like Agra and Jaipur, and provides a car service to each, which I used, and these days were superb. The driver was a superstar and went above and beyond to make my day all that I hoped for. And this was true across the whole of the hotel staff... I enjoyed a chat and a kindness with every single member, every day of my eight-night stay. I cannot speak more highly of this place. It is a true pleasure to stay at, and therefore to also recommend. Perfect in every way... I was sad to leave, and very, very grateful for their wonderful care of me...
Excellent location and public transport (rickshaws, metro, e rickshaws etc) are easily accessible as soon as you step outside. Clean rooms and well maintained amenities. Good breakfast options. Green plants give it a homely feel. Staff was very helpful and did not linger too much unless asked for help. Highly recommended.
Communication with the hotel pre visit was excellent- they answered my queries promptly and were very helpful with information about pre booking a taxi transfer from the airport. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They wanted you to enjoy your stay. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit and a selection of cooked dishes. The area was busy but not as busy as other parts. Very near the metro, and there were several good places to eat locally. We would definitely stay here again.
Very clean and very safe area. 5 minutes walk from metro station make life much easier to roam around Delhi city. Room and bathroom are clean. You have to leave your key to reception if you want your room to be clean.Breakfast are limited however it’s not a problem. Overall it’s a good property and recommend hotel is situated in good part of Delhi
The transportation is convenient and the quality of the facilities is high. It may be a matter of course, but Japanese people appreciate the availability of hot water.
Excellent hotel in Delhi. Two mins walk from Kailash Colony metro, the hotel is spotless, comfortable and very good value. Room was perfect, spacious with big, comfortable bed and a good shower/bathroom. Room had AC, fridge, TV, safe and air purifier. Breakfast buffet is great with fantastic Indian food and western options. We also ordered Indian food for the room and it was delicious. Staff are super friendly and helpful and offer excellent and affordable tours/trips. This is a very, very good option for accommodation in Delhi.
Very clean and comfortable bed. Pleasant staff
This was a terrific small hotel in a good neighborhood away from the more touristy areas. Our room was a good size and clean and the staff was very kind. We felt safe at all times. A/C worked great and they had an air purifier in the room. There can be some street noise at times but we slept fine and that just gave it even more of the chaotic city feel. Breakfasts were tasty and the kitchen serves meals into the evening. They also did some laundry for us. This is not a typical luxury business or tourist type hotel. It only has about 14 rooms. But it is very authentic. For us it was the perfect way to spend several nights getting to know the city. The hotel is truly a block and a half from the metro (Violet Line) which goes to so many major sites. And the metro is so easy (and inexpensive) to use! Make your time in Delhi memorable: skip the chain hotels and make @F37 your temporary home.
I felt very safe here. The room was ok, I was in a single room and unfortunately had no window but it was clean, quiet & had everything I needed so I can’t complain too much. The air conditioning unit was leaking onto my bedside table and splashing onto the bed. That being said; I didn’t inform reception as I was only there 2 nights and I just moved the bed over a few inches, so again, can’t really complain.
They provided a bamboo toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo and moisturiser, kettle, tea & coffee & bottles water daily, which was greatly appreciated.
Space was really clean & the bed was comfortable. There was a booklet containing plenty of information about local tours, hotel services & prices etc which was helpful.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
I didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that.
The location, Kailash Colony is excelllent for a solo female traveller as it was fairly quiet and there was plenty of bars / restaurants just a short walk or tuk tuk Ride away!!
If you are looking for a safe base to explore Delhi, book here. There is a Metro station a few minutes away on the Violet Line, which gets you to the Red Fort and many other top tourist hotspots.
The place is very clean and well managed. Lots of staff available and everyone is very helpful.
Inside bolt on the door for safety.
Daily cleaning (though I skipped a few days during my stay)
Lots of hot water available on demand by turning on the boiler.
AC on demand with a remote control.
Lots of breakfast options served in the morning starting at 7:30 + an additional menu you can order from. Western and Indian options plus basics like toast, fruit, and coffee. I ordered up room service a few times as well. I only had the Indian dishes. Everything was delicious and zero Delhi Belly.
Though you can hear honking from traffic (it is Delhi, after all), the place is quiet. No parties or noisy people in the halls or stairways.
The wifi was sometimes slow, and dropped a few times, but overall the wifi was good enough for Netflix and Zoom calls.
Overall, I highly recommend and would stay here again! The pictures they uploaded here here are accurate.
Good service
Highly recommend, located in South Delhi so the area its more clean and quiet. The metro is one minute walk.
The Hotel is super clean the room is big the sower was perfect. The bed large and comfortable.
SANTOSH was so kind and helpful, what ever I ask he was there.
All the stuff are amazing.
You will find all what you need in the Hotel (even a real scale for the luggage).
I definitely will be back.
