Pros:

Very good location, just 5 minutes from the busy streets and beach. Just enough that you don't hear the cheap noisy roller bikes all night. Breakfast was good but...

Cons:

The breakfast is not buffet but, fixed with a few options. Although it was good, the breakfast took forever to serve all the days we were there (about 45min). And the options are that if you take an omelette, you can't have pancakes so someone with a bit more appetite might not get a full stomach there.

Charming and romantic stay in Las Terrenas
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and felt welcome from the very first moment, greeted with a refreshing freshly squeezed juice. The hotel grounds and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are rustic, full of charm, and very cozy, perfectly matching the character of the place. In the evenings, the bar is open until 11 p.m., offering an intimate and romantic ambiance that we truly enjoyed.

The seawater pool is especially refreshing and beautiful, and we loved that it is available without fixed opening hours, allowing for complete relaxation at any time of day.

A truly special place that we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Las Terrenas.

Cons:

Make sure to allow enough time for breakfast, as there can be a bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it.
