Nice place, money for value.
Pros:

Very good location, just 5 minutes from the busy streets and beach. Just enough that you don't hear the cheap noisy roller bikes all night. Breakfast was good but...

Cons:

The breakfast is not buffet but, fixed with a few options. Although it was good, the breakfast took forever to serve all the days we were there (about 45min). And the options are that if you take an omelette, you can't have pancakes so someone with a bit more appetite might not get a full stomach there.

Charming and romantic stay in Las Terrenas
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and felt welcome from the very first moment, greeted with a refreshing freshly squeezed juice. The hotel grounds and surroundings are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The rooms are rustic, full of charm, and very cozy, perfectly matching the character of the place. In the evenings, the bar is open until 11 p.m., offering an intimate and romantic ambiance that we truly enjoyed.

The seawater pool is especially refreshing and beautiful, and we loved that it is available without fixed opening hours, allowing for complete relaxation at any time of day.

A truly special place that we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Las Terrenas.

Cons:

Make sure to allow enough time for breakfast, as there can be a bit of a wait, but it is definitely worth it.

Pros:

Die Lage zum Strand. 10 Minuten zu Fuß an einen schönen Strand mit Essensmöglichkeiten und Liegen zum leihen. Die Anlage ist super gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr geschult und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und reichlich. Der Pool ist auch sehr schön.

Ya me he quedado en varias ocasiones aquí y la verdad es que nunca me decepciona, el desayuno es buenisimo, la atención increíble y sobre las habitaciones nunca he tenido quejas, la piscina es deliciosa y el hotel está a 5 minutos a pie de la playa, siempre que pueda me quedaré aquí

Pros:

Las habitaciones son comodas, el desayuno estuvo muy bien, la piscina aceptable, lamantable esta un poco retirado de la playa, y los precios de la comida fuera de lo incluido si esta por encima del mercado, lo que limita las opciones dentro del establecimiento, pero bien en general.

Los precios de la comida y la lejania a la playa.

Heerlijk genieten in goede handen
Pros:

Een heerlijke accomodatie. Kamers mooi gesitueerd in een weelderig groene tuin rondom het zwembad.
Betania en haar team zijn vriendelijk, zeer behulpzaam en zorgzaam en doen er alles aan om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Niet te beroerd een stap extra te zetten. TOP!

Cons:

Sommige personeelsleden spreken enkel Spaans. Dat was soms lastig, maar daar kwamen we goed uit.

Hotel perfecto en Las Terrenas
Pros:

Hotel muy bonito y acogedor, muy bien situado en Las Terrenas. Las habitaciones son amplias, luminosas y bien equipadas. Las zonas comunes como la zona de desayuno y la piscina son preciosas. El desayuno está muy rico y lleva de todo, ¡la omelette estaba buenísima! El personal del hotel es muy amable, tuvimos un percance cuando estuvimos allí pero lo solucionaron de manera efectiva. Si viajas a Las Terrenas, ¡no dudes en quedarte en este hotel!

Cons:

Tienen que mejorar el sistema de llaves de las habitaciones, ya que tuvimos un percance con estas y no tenían copia de seguridad.

Cons:

Très déçus par cet hotel: le dernier jour nous avons été volés d'un peu plus de 220€ en espèces dans le coffre-fort pourtant fermé à clé dans notre chambre. Forcément un membre du personnel. Cela nous a gaché la suite de nos vacances. Nous ne recommandons donc pas cet hotel.

Réponse du client: Non, nous n'avons pas "éxigé" d'avoir une clé, nous avons juste demandé à utiliser le coffre et on nous a donné la clé (il n'y avait pas d'instruction d'utilisation du coffre dans la chambre). Nous n'avons bien évidemment pas laissé d'argent sur le lit ou sur les meubles mais bien dans le coffre fermé à clé. J'ai envoyé un mail à l'hotel le 6/2 à 22h04 en demandant à être recontacté par la direction (qui n'était pas là lors de notre séjour) mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse. La direction a-t-elle reçu mon mail? Mystère...
