Excellent Staff

My friend and I waited outside for a significant period of time and repeatedly rang the buzzer but noone answered. We were forced to find a new hotel to stay in. Absolutely shocking.

The start with the staff were friendly and nice. But after sleeping and using the facilities.. The place is in a need of a major makeover.

Room not like in the pictures...

זוועה, נורא, לא להתקרב. התמונות מטעות מאוד, זה לא מלון. זה בניין ישן עם דירות מפוזרות, מאוד מלוכלכות, המזרונים שחורים, השמיכות נלקחו מהמזבלה, ישנו עם מעילים. מזגנים וטלויזיה לא עובדים. שכונה מפחידה, לא ידענו אם נמצא את הרכבים בבקר למחרת. חוויה נוראית!!!!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately the facilities are run down and in need of renovation

Please return the money to me. The hotel was closed and nobody answered when I arrived the hotel. I had to take Uc at and travel to Tel aviv

Poor beds, small room, curtains falling off wall, room not cleaned for 3 days when we were there, hotel staff was helpful.

So disappointing. We booked this place based on numerous decent reviews. I have stayed in some fairly bad places so don’t have the highest expectations. We arrived and nobody was at reception. Doors locked. 4 different phone numbers to call and no answer on any. Finally a man comes out and is not happy that I had been pressing the bell repeatedly. Check in went fine after that and got to our rooms. Checked for bedbugs - nothing found except for sunflower seeds between the bedding and mattress and some stains. Whatever. The larger bed in the room had a large lump midway in the mattress that could not be moved so would only comfortably sleep one person on one side. The beds were not made and had sheets and a dirty ass blanket in the cupboard. Safe did not work.
In the evening, arriving back at approx 11pm, everything was boarded up closed and we had 2 keypad codes to enter. First one worked. Second one did not. Banged on the door for a few minutes, tried calling numbers with no avail. It is late and all our belongings were inside. Finally a woman came and unlock

Free parking on a nearby street can’t be described as a hotel amenity !

The hotel is unattended over night and equipped with code locks on external doors for security.

Beautiful, clean and spacious home in the mountains with very sweet hosts!

We had to postpone our trip and they management honored our reservation so we could come a different night. When we came they were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel is close to some of the good activities in Haifa.

There was no one working reception when I got there. I had to wait over ten minutes just to be let in the building to be checked in, and when the wifi went out (a recurrent event), there was no one to reset the router. The bed was not made, the air conditioning remote didn't work (to turn it on/off you had to unplug or plug it in), and, as said before, the wifi was weak when on, and shut off periodically. The walls were also paper thin, and I had to knock on my neighbors door multiple times due to constant singing (even at 2:30 am) (not the hotel's fault, but I wish I could have made a noise complaint). When I checked out I met the owner, and he seemed to be earnest and took my concerns seriously, so hopefully there is improvement in the future. As of now, though, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is good option if you don't want to spend a lot of money. This is a decent hotel with basic installations, but with microwave and a kettle with coffee and tea.

We came to the hotel and were really surprised over the high standard, especially considering the low price level.

Hotel room is clean and comfort. Location is good to has car. Not see public transportation. Not far from the garden. No English channel TV.

Simple room. There was a slight smell/stuffiness when I first arrived but I just opened up the windows and there was no problem. The staff was nice and the location is close to a great cafe called "Laundry cafe". Also the taxi to Acre (Akko) picks up right in front of the hotel, you just have to flag it down.
