Pros:

Zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder Schwebebahn erreichbar. Zimmer (Comfort) sauber ausreichend groß. Bad/Dusche sauber. Frühstück großen Auswahl, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei

Cons:

Rasierspiegel ist für 1,90 m Körpergröße zu niedrig angebracht. Im Bad fehlt der eine oder andere Hacken zum Aufhängen persönlicher Gegenstände

Pros:

Läget var ett stort plus. Frukosten var bra.

Cons:

Ofräscht, opersonligt och hela stället hade en svag doft av avlopp och mögel blandat med starka rengöringsmedel.

Pros:

Schnes Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Lage für Zimmer im Innenhof. 5 min Fußweg zur Stadthalle. Geräumiges Zimmer.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war groß und nicht hellhörig was ich sehr mag. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Sehr gute Lage. Das Hotel kann man empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Wuppertal war sehr gut. Es gibt unweit viele Restaurants und Bars. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Viel Obst, von jedem was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider waren am Hotel keine Parkplätze mehr verfügbar. Aber es gab unweit vom Hotel entfernt ein Parkhaus. Dort haben wir dann das Auto geparkt. Dies wurde sehr gut organisiert.

Frühstück war gut und mit freundlichem Personal

Cons:

Gleichgültigkeit Rezeption. In einer Nacht ca 23.45 von Feueralarm geweckt, also schnell runter und niemand war da. Auch keine Feuerwehr oder ähnliches. Wieder ins Zimmer, telefonieren ( 00.04) mit Hotel Nummer. Der Herr ( nehme an Chef) sagt nur es sei jemand unterwegst. Bis 0.30 endlich abgestellt. Am morgen wusste niemand an der Rezeption etwas . Keine Info oder Entschuldigung. Sehr schlecht

We chose to go elsewhere after seeing the room
Pros:

The kind receptionist brought us some water to drink while we were trying to find a room elsewhere. Our stay coincided with the worst of the heatwave.

Cons:

We had booked a standard double room. We expected it to look like the photos on the website. However, we were given a very small dark attic room on the top floor. The temperature outside was about 37C, the temperature in the room even higher. No fan. I thought that it was unsafe to stay in this sweat box. We certainly wouldn’t have slept. It also resembled a student flat rather than a hotel. We asked to be moved. We were shown another room, almost identical on the same floor. We were told this was the only other room available. Booking.com’s website said that 5 were available.
It was clear that we were getting nowhere so we stayed in reception long enough to book a room around the corner at Holiday Inn Express. We have asked for a refund, but no success so far. However, it was bad enough that we were prepared, if worst came to the worst, to forfeit that money, so as not to risk getting heat stroke.
I should add that the keycard for the room we were given didn’t work. Also the down button in the lift had to be pressed several times to get it to work.
Overall, this place reminded me of cheap student accommodation.
