Pros:

Unica nota positiva il personale di sala, sempre molto gentile, attento e disponibile. Davvero professionali e cordiali. Peccato non si possa dire lo stesso della direzione.

Cons:

Esperienza molto deludente.

All’arrivo scopriamo che la stanza prenotata per due adulti e un cane è di circa 10 mq. Uno spazio talmente piccolo che la porta sbatte contro il letto e non esiste praticamente passaggio intorno. Per salire sul letto bisogna infilarsi di lato o saltarci sopra. Una stanza così non è adatta nemmeno a due persone, figuriamoci con un cane.

Ammetto che avrei dovuto controllare meglio le dimensioni su Booking. Ma quando ho chiesto al direttore se fosse possibile trovare una soluzione mi è stato risposto in modo piuttosto scortese, dicendomi che non era un problema loro se avevo “voluto risparmiare”.

Per avere una stanza appena più vivibile ho dovuto pagare altri 90€ di supplemento. La seconda camera resta comunque piccola, semplicemente meno invivibile della prima.

Viaggiavo con un maltese, per il quale ho pagato 115€ di supplemento. Nella prima stanza il cane non sarebbe nemmeno entrato comodamente. Considerando la cifra, ci si aspetterebbe almeno un minimo di attenzione. Invece le lenzuola non vengono praticamente mai cambiate durante il soggiorno, solo su richiesta e con sbuffate da parte del personale, cosa discutibile in un hotel che accetta animali e fa pagare oltre 100€ a settimana.

La struttura dà l’idea di essere trascurata:
• dispenser dei saponi in bagno rotti, mai sostituiti
• TV che non funziona (ci è stato detto che è così da una tempesta di più di 20 giorni fa)
• internet e Wi-Fi assente nelle stanze
• i telefoni non prendono, quindi si resta completamente senza connessione

Anche il cibo a buffet è mediocre: poco locale, poco curato e chiaramente pensato per gruppi turistici. Niente che richiami davvero la cucina di montagna o prodotti del territorio.

Considerando il prezzo, nei dintorni si trovano hotel decisamente migliori (già provati personalmente).

Nel complesso struttura trascurata e gestione poco attenta al cliente. Non tornerei.

Retro hotel
Pros:

Celkem obstojný pokoj oproti pokoji známých. Plesnivá koupelna, nefungoval fén. Milý personál( ale bylo jich tam hrozně málo) z jídla se dalo vybrat. Měli jsme polopenzi: Blizko kabinky na Marmoladu. Neni vhodné pro děti. ( nahoře černá, potom sama červená)Lepší si dojet skibusem na modré sjezdovky.

Cons:

Hrozne retro hotel. Všechno staré, zašlé. Za ty peníze to určitě neodpovídá. 3 hvězdy to mělo možná před 20 lety. Uz zde nepojedeme.

Alles in allem ein gute Hotel in guter Lage mit Abstrichen bei der Halbpension.
Pros:

Due Lage des Hotels ist super direkt an der Seilbahn zur Marmolada. Allerdings konnte die Seilbahn einen Tag wegen des Windes nicht fahren,da war dan Überfüllung am Skibus und obwohl wir den Superdolomiti Skipass hatten mussten wir pro Oerson 5 € zahlen,das hätte von Seiten des Skopassbetreibers anders laufen müssen,man zahlt ja genug dafür.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen,dennoch aber sauber.Personal freundlich.Großer Aufenthaltsraum für abendliches Beisammensein,sogar mit Alleinunterhalter am Abend( wer es braucht)

Cons:

Pool nur mit Badekappe und man musste Stundenweise buchen,durfte nur 1Stunde rein und Nutzung war auch nur von 16-19.00 möglich. Wellness/Saune viel zu teuer,1 h Sauna pro Pers 15€.
Frühstück Brotauswahl na ja…typisches Italienisches Weißbrot,kein Schwarz oder Vollkornbrot oder Brötchen…na ja.Eine Sorte Wurst und Käse,gekochtes oder Rührei,Hörnchen..die waren gut,Kuchen, ein wenig Müsli mit Milch o Joghurt.Kaffee lecker,Saft aus der Zapfanlage und Wasser.Obst.
Abends viel Pasta Gerichte…auch wenn Fleisch Salat etc…man darf halt in Italien nicht so viel Erwarten wenn man Halbpension bucht…satt wird man…war ja Buffet,aber nichts für Feinschmecker.

świetna lokalizacja i przystępna cena do oferowanych usług.
Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel w super lokalizacji. Jest skromnie ale czysto i miło. Obsługa wspaniała. Śniadania skromne ale dla narciarzy wystarczaące. Jeśli będzie miał połączenie z trasami mniej wymagającymi jak Marmolada a jest to w palnie będzie doskonałym budżetowym miejsce.

Понравилось все , и само расположение, комната просторная, такие сказочные окошки на потолке ,обожаю такую атмосферу, ванная комната просторная, чисто ! Дружелюбный персонал , всегда заботливы❤️

Долго ждать лифт, по этому было здорово ходить по лестнице)))
Скудное разнообразие в еде)
