The Queen "privilege" suite was directly above a booked function for my quiet evening of relaxation, loud bass music and DJ so loud the vibrations came through the floor and walls vibrating even the drinking glasses.
Tv is shocking , internet is shocking!
Stains on pillow slips and hair on white sheets upon pulling them down, chairs stained, carpet stained everywhere ..
The only thing that saved me complaining more than the phone call i made at 11.pm to ask about the music was the beautiful reception lady who kept me calm and I chose to try and just enjoy the stay I had waited for and pre booked ...
