War völlig ok
Pros:

Das Onsen im oberen Stockwerk ist super, mann sollte sich aber vorher über die Traditionen hierzu informieren (wird aber auch auf Prospekten und auf Plakaten im Hotel erklärt). Unser Zimmer war sauber, allerdings wurde ein Set Handtücher, Hausschuhe und ein Schlafanzug für eine Person vergessen. Das Personal hat aber gleich reagiert und es war gar kein Problem.

Pros:

温泉があり、入ったあとはアイスや、乳酸菌飲料のサービスがあって良かった。洗濯も、無料でありがたい。

Fabulous staff and yummy food
Pros:

Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind! The front desk staff worked as a team to help our whole group ship our luggage to our next destination. The ice cream and noodles made a wonderful bedtime snack!

Cons:

During the breakfast rush, it takes a little time for the elevator to arrive, so be patient or head to breakfast a little early

期待以上でした
Pros:

天然温泉が良かった。浴場に予備のスリッパが用意されていたり、バスタオルそのまま回収だったり快適だった。
