Pros:

市内中心部に位置しており、主要観光エリアから徒歩5分程度で、非常に良いホテルでした。受付のムハンマドさんも紳士に対応していただきました。
部屋も静かで快適に過ごせました。レストランも周辺にたくさんあるので、いろいろと楽しめます。

Great location
Pros:

The staff is very polite. Enes help us a lot with local recommendations. The hotel is just a few blocks away to the main attractions of the city. In general a great place to stay

Pros:

The staff was super nice, and was always trying its best to give us the best possible stay!
The receptionist were always helpful and made us some tea. Ercan helped us carry our luggage to the shuttle.

Pros:

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is superb. We were given a room facing inwards so it was very quiet even though we're very near the tram line and the blue Mosque.

Cons:

The airconditioner was set at 25 degree C, and we were not able to adjust to a lower temperature. It was a little warm for us.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Personnel aimable, très bon emplacement de l’hôtel à Sultanahmet

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est répétitif et les chambres sont assez petites (sauf quelques unes) mais cela reste un très bon hôtel pour un séjour à İstanbul !

A great little hotel with wonderful staff in a quiet side street right in the centre of the old town
Pros:

There were two of us staying here, and we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The location is unbeatable – all the major attractions are just minutes away, yet it's pleasantly quiet.
A small surprise: our room had no window. But that was entirely our own fault – we should have read the description more carefully! The hotel offers both: great rooms with windows and more affordable ones without. Since we were out and about all day anyway, it didn't bother us. The breakfast was just great - even as a vegan, there were plenty of options for me and the room is very nice.
What truly won us over, though, was the staff. We were welcomed warmly upon arrival and given wonderful tips about the area. Every time we entered or left the building, the friendly young man at the counter felt us really welcomed and looked-after. At check-out – of all days on May 1st, when strikes were blocking the streets – Ercan and Muhammad helped us with incredible patience and kindness. Since no taxi was available, they gave us detailed directions and even served me and my son a coffee and a hot chocolate. Simply warm-hearted and helpful beyond all expectations!
Staff like this make all the difference. We'll gladly be back! 🙏

Obsługa hotelowa zawsze pomocna - szczególne podziękowania dla recepcjonisty Enes. Zawsze pomocny, zawsze z usmiechem, a ilosc herbaty ktorą nam serwował bez ograniczeń - najlepsza herbata :::)))
Śniadanie na słodko i na słono- zawsze mozna bylo coś wybrać (ale polecam pójść przed 9) plus widok na miasto z 5-pietra - przepiękny. Położenie hotelu - lokalizacja blisko Blekitnego Meczetu, Haga Sofia, Hipodrom. Czystość w pokojach. Widok za oknem - no cóż stara dzielnica Stambulu jest ciasna. Widok za oknem to rarytas - u nas na drugim piętrze nie bylo widoku, byla ściana- ale w pokoju spędzałyśmy wieczory, wiec bez problemowy temat dla nas.
