A place to stay in Kanazawa a must.
Pros:

Very good service and superb stuff. Nothing was a matter to them. A front desk man was running behind me with umbrella when suddenly started raining. Good breakfast. A great onsen on the top floor. Facilities and the room well organised and logical.

Cons:

The single pillows were rather basic. We asked for extra two and they were delivered within half an hour. Great quality, too.
So it is not really complain.

Stay for the onsen and breakfast
Pros:

We had a great stay at Dormy Inn. The room was pretty spacious and was cleaned daily. The onsen was fantastic with 2 hot pools (one outdoors and one inside), one cold pool and a hot dry sauna. It definitely got very busy towards the end of the day, after people came back from exploring the town. There were ice cream treats available after using the onsen and a free coffee machine right in the same area. The bed was comfortable, there was one pillow which was a bit flat but I was able to get it switched after talking to the front desk. The breakfast was great with an omelette or fried egg prepared on the spot at your request, lots of Asian dishes as well as yogurt, fruits and breads.

Cons:

The breakfast was great but I would suggest that they add either nuts/seeds or granola to their breakfast spread, especially to add this to the yogurt. Also, I think if this hotel had a gym it would be an amazing addition.

Pros:

The room was a good size. The provided toiletries and fridge stocked with water were excellent, and there were plenty of towels. I really enjoyed the free ice cream that was offered, and my husband had a great time using the onsen. Great value for money. We didn't pay for the breakfast but would definitely stay again.

大変満足で、いい旅をすることができました！
Pros:

朝食が種類も多くとても美味しかったです。
金沢駅からとても近く、便利でした。
チェックイン前、チャックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき、助かりました。
大浴場があるので、のんびり疲れをとることができました。
お風呂上がりのアイス、夜鳴きそば、冷蔵庫にお水やゼリーも嬉しいサービスでした。

Cons:

女子旅だったので、鏡がもう一つあると助かったかな。。

朝食も和洋と選べて嬉しい！！一品料理が美味しくておかわりしました〜！
夜食の夜鳴きそばも美味しかったです。ギリギリの時間まで対応してくれて感謝しかないです

Cons:

新人さんかもしれませんが、マニュアル通りにはならないこともあるので、臨機応変に対応してくれると何度もスタッフさんに聞かなくて済むと思います。
