Firm but really comfy bed, openable windows which was nice, breakfast had many options but the coffee was … nothing special. The baths were nice, good & hot, with a sauna and cold-bath too.

朝ご飯も美味しいし、夜泣きそばも美味しいし、大浴場でノンビリできました。

徒歩圏内に色々な飲食店もあります。

高崎アリーナまでは、徒歩15分くらいです。

ホテルのタワー駐車場が喫煙所になっており、待機用の椅子で喫煙してるので臭くて近寄れませんでした。
少しぐらい離れても臭いので、喫煙所は移動するべきだと思います。

広くはないけど大浴場があるため、利用してます。大体1〜2人が自分だけなので、リラックスできます。
部屋は清潔で使いやすい作りです。
ただ室内やエアコンの音が夜中響いてたのが気になりました。前回は問題なかったので、今回の部屋だけかもしれません。
スタッフの方はいつも丁寧してくれます。

とても綺麗な客室で居心地良かったです。
4人家族なので2室ダブルを取って2人づつ分かれて泊まりましたが隣同士にしてくれたので行き来もしやすく全く問題ありませんでした。
お風呂もとても良かったです（大浴場）
ドリンクやアイス、ラーメンなどのサービスもあって至れり尽くせりで本当にまんぞくでした。
