Pros:

Terrific Onsen and really good value hotel in a convenient and quiet location
Pros:

The Onsen was absolutely beautiful, and there were a number of things that went above and beyond expectations. The first was the onsen - it's really beautiful. And there are a number of little extras that you just don't expect. I don't want to ruin these surprises for others but make sure you read the posters in the elevators. Whilst there is no kitchen for guests there is a microwave that you can use to heat food - this is very common in Japan. There is a supermarket that has plenty of fruit and veg and good convenience meals 150 m away. We were there on Sat Sun and Mon. It was so quiet. Some areas of Tokyo are so overwhelming and I'm so glad that we stayed in Hatchobori. It has great train access and the old fish markets and Ginza are walkable. Laundry facilities are excellent. The staff were extremely accommodating with our monstrous amount of ski luggage that we shipped via Black Cat from Hakuba to Tokyo while we were in Kyoto and Nagoya. We had some complications with the bookings of our rooms and my not understanding the different styles when booking.

Cons:

Not a negative but a flag for expectations: The double rooms are cramped for Westerners - it's very common not to have storage space for clothes and luggage in Japanese hotels, so travel as light as possible. The Queen rooms are considerably more spacious and easier to be in, but are still small by Western standards. We'd sent our ski gear off with Black Cat and just travelled with our carry-on luggage. The hotel has on open to the air roof over the middle (this will make sense when you see it). It was really cold when we were there, so this means that you may get cold between your beautiful warm room and the elevator on the upper floors. Our original room on the 5th floor was fine.

Great stay for breakfast and public bath
Pros:

Breakfast, public bath, ice cream after bath, late night ramen, friendly staff, proximity to train station (line that goes directly to Disney as well as connects to other lines easily).

Cons:

The room was dark and uninviting after a long day of exploring or being at Disney, bed was too firm and pillow was very uncomfortable.

Pros:

Nice hotel, I had cheapest possible small room, so cannot say about better ones. Hotel has onsens and sauna, very good relax after the day of visiting. I didn't order breakfast, so cannot say much about it. Room was very clean.

Cons:

They have free coffee, but after 3 pm only.. I would love free coffee in the morning , at least maybe coffee bag in my room?

Worth the money and will return.
Pros:

My family love Onsen and Japanese breakfast, it very well spent for vacation. We loved the hydration station that provided a lot of choice for drink, ice cream during the day and night time served ramen that included with price you already paid.
