リピートしたい宿でした
Pros:

■靴を脱ぐタイプのお部屋で、室内移動が気楽
■玄関人感センサーで、カードキーを差し込むまでや抜いたあとの煩わしさがない
■玄関と室内を分けるカーテンがあり、睡眠中にセンサーライトを気にせずに済む
■ベッドか分厚いマットレスで、相対的に天井が高くなり、開放感がある
■トイレバスユニットと別に洗面台がある
■八丁堀駅のB4出口からすぐで、雨の日も煩わしさが少ない
■すぐそばに交番がある
■夜の湯上がりアイス/朝の湯上がり乳酸菌飲料サービス
■浴場そばの自販機で牛乳なども売っている
■チェックイン前及びチェックアウト後にも荷物を預かってもらえた
■荷物預け入れの際は、キャリーじゃなかったこともあり、部屋に入れておいてくれていた
■カードキーは人数分発行してもらえる
■ウェルカムドリンク(水300mlペットボトル)とウェルカムスイーツがあった
■東京駅から近い

Cons:

フェイスタオルが、人数+1あるとありがたいと思う
東京駅内で京葉線へ行くために結構歩くので、タクシーを使ったほうが良いか悩ましい

Pros:

Great natural hot spring bath inside. Exceptional breakfast with sushi chef, Western food as well as traditional fish, side dishes and desserts.

Cons:

Some staffs are very helpful and some staffs don't want to be bothered.

Small and quite hotel close to the city center
Pros:

Good hotel with breakfast near the city centre. Quite enough room, friendly service. The room is very compact, but it is ok to just sleep and spend the whole day outside. There are some Cafe and stores around. They have a breakfast, which is a big advantage of this category of hotels. The room is very well equipped with all the necessary stuff for a stay.

Cons:

Nothing to mention, it fully match the prices and our expectations.

A pleasant and relaxing stay in central Tokyo
Pros:

The on-site onsen was very welcome especially after a long day of walking and the free milk drink and ice lollies were a nice bonus too. There were also free noodles in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries I had. The location is quite central and situated near a main metro line so it's easy to get around. Plenty of restaurants, super markets and shops nearby if you don't want to travel too far. All in all, a great experience and would definitely stay at a Dormy Inn again.

Cons:

The room was very small but that's what we opted for and the pillows were more firm than I'm used to. Other than that, nothing else really comes to mind.
