Commute kinda sucked, the bus up there was really windy. Take some anti motion sickness meds if you need to. Location wise it is a little far from relevant attractions. Didn't visit the glass museum but personally don't think it's worth going all the way up there for. Right beside the bus stop getting off is the hotel.
Staff were friendly, lobby was quite fancy. Staff took me and my friend into the elevator despite our room being on the first floor (autopilot? lol). I think only the manager spoke English. The rooms quite large, couch is huge and can probably sleep another 2. The fruit drink was yummy. Shower is visible from the private onsen. Bedroom has sliding doors that can close for privacy. Washroom/Shower are separate, washroom was right by the genkan.
Got the dinner and they accomodated my dietary restrictions, got a pescetarian meal. Nothing too outstanding food wise in both the positive or negative direction. The tart was yummy and the fish weren't too fishy. Some sauces tasted kinda questionable.
Facility wise the onsen was nice and rather empty. Change room had lockers to store your clothes (and bedrooms had onsen baskets to bring with you) and shelves for changing shoes. The outdoor portion is around half the size of a small swimming poor. Was cozy.
