التعامل ممتاز وخاصة الياس واحمد واليدا واراي
كانت إقامتنا جيدة جدا بكل معنى الكلمة. الموقع استثنائي، حيث يقع مباشرة في ميدان تقسيم، مما يجعل الوصول إلى المطاعم والمقاهي وشارع الاستقلال ووسائل النقل في غاية السهولة.
طاقم الاستقبال وجميع موظفي الفندق كانوا في قمة الأدب والاحترافية والتعاون، وكانوا دائمًا حريصين على تقديم المساعدة بابتسامة وحسن استقبال.
الغرفة كانت مريحة ونظيفة، وكانت الإطلالة المباشرة على ميدان تقسيم والحركة النابضة بالحياة من أجمل ما ميز الإقامة، خاصة في المساء.
كما أن مستوى النظافة كان ممتازًا، والأسرّة مريحة، والعزل الصوتي جيد رغم الموقع الحيوي للفندق.
الإفطار كان متنوعًا ولذيذًا، والخدمة بشكل عام كانت على مستوى عالٍ يعكس جودة الفندق واهتمامه براحة النزلاء.
لا توجد ملاحظات جوهرية، ولكن أسعار الفندق تُعد مرتفعة نسبيًا مقارنة ببعض الخيارات الأخرى في المنطقة. كما أن الازدحام في محيط الفندق، بحكم موقعه المباشر في ميدان تقسيم، قد يسبب بعض الضوضاء خارج الفندق خلال أوقات الذروة، وإن كان ذلك متوقعًا لمن يختار الإقامة في هذا الموقع الحيوي.
