Perfect location, enjoyable stay
Pros:

The room was clean and cosy. Despite being on a busy street, it was adequately soundproofed and I am a light sleeper.

The breakfast offering was good.

Friendly staff .

Location was perfect for me.

Cons:

I prefer less fluffy pillows but other than that all good.

Fantastic hotel - definitely a repeat when I’m in Istanbul next !
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart and soul of the charming Taksim neighborhood surrounded by everything you need and walking distance to all of the best cafe’s restaurants bars and fabulous shopping. The hotel was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and the entire staff was amazingly professional, friendly and super helpful - particularly Amran and Hamud at the reception who went out of their way to make my trip and stay exceptional!

Pros:

Excellent. housekeeping - they were prompt. all amenities provided, wifi network strong, request for extra chair to attend.online meeting from room and late check-out were met, friendly staff. Reception attended every call. Very clean hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better. Dessert was not enough - pancake was given on one day out of our 4 days stay; if anything is on rotation the number of items can be maintained. Salads were not enough. It was bare minimum. Hot dishes on the side had just french fries and bread! Sausages served were v less and not up to the mark.
Breakfast wasn't at all at par with the guest comfort provided by your hotel.

Great value and comfortable hotel on Taksim Sq
Pros:

Fantastic location right on Taksim square. Very comfortable beds. Great service from the staff, especially Imran and Cahit. Also lovely people in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was excellent and full of Turkish specialities.

Cons:

Small complaint but booking.com says there is a gym but there isn’t one.
