Tiene servicio a la habitación pero no hay un código QR o el menú para hacer el pedido
قرب المكان من الساحه الفندق بشكل عام نظيف وممتاز ولكن القيمة مبالغ فيها ولايوجد اي ملاحظات .. من ناحية النظافه او الهدوء
موظف الاستقبال التركي ( الياس ) اسلوب مستفز في التعامل نوعا .. بعكس الموظفه التركيه داليدا كانت قمة في الاخلاق والتعامل وقامت بخدمتنا بعمل ترقيه upgrade وقمنا بالتمديد يوما اخر

The hotel itself is rather old, rooms are super tiny, bathrooms are basic and cleanliness is average.
Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. Todo estuvo muy limpio, cómodo y agradable. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Ilyas quien nos atendió de maravilla, siempre con mucha amabilidad, profesionalismo y disposición para ayudarnos. Hizo que nuestra estancia fuera todavía más agradable.
Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel y esperamos volver pronto
It was clean and at a very good location. The staff was very nice and helpful.
The WiFi didn’t work very well in our room but other than that it was pretty good.

اقسم بالله انه اجمل كوخ مر علي ..على الرغم من ذهابي إلى طرابزون مئات المرات لم يحالفني الحظ في العثور على هذا الكوخ
والله على مااقول شهيد
كان الكوخ بدرجة عالية جدا من النظافة وكأنني في فندق 5 نجوم
كانت دورات المياة نظيفة جدا وكان الماء متدفقا على الدرجة التي اختارها ..تتوفر المناديل والمناشف ..الكوخ كبير جدا وفيه بطانيات وسرر اضافية
والمنظر خلاب وسط الطبيعة الجميلة وقريب من طرابزون
بإمكانك اخذ طعامك وتناوله في الكوخ
كما كان المطبخ مجهزا بالكامل
وكان الفطور لذيذا جدا
اشكر صاحب الكوخ كان محترما ومهذبا وحمل حقائبنا
حقا كلمات الشكر لا تكفي وعبارات الثناء لا تفي
فله منا كل الشكر
وسوف اكرر المجيء إلى هنا باذن الله
