Great stay
Pros:

Great Hotel in a nice quiet area away from all the tourists. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance of ten minutes or so. Lovely long beach promenade for strolling, cycling and skating without all the hustle and bustle of the nearby tourist areas. The hotel itself was clean and tidy and the maids visited daily, I stayed on the 4th floor where the room was spacious, clean and tidy. I didn't use the hotel pool but saw it being cleaned each morning. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of hot and cold selection and never really got too busy. Receptionists were prompt and helpful, they also had great knowledge of the local area. I would stay here again if i was visiting the area.

Decepcionada por razones de fuerza mayor y con toda la documentación tuve que dejar dos días antes la habitación.
Por parte de la dirección del hotel no han sido nada empáticos y no he podido recuperar las dos noches no disfrutadas teniendo todos los justificantes que podían demostrar mi situación.

Pros:

- hotel bien situé, face à la mer et au port, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, et à une dizaine de minutes du centre de l'hospitalet de l'infant (qui n'est pas une ville très vivante)
- il y a un parking, et des places de stationnement gratuites alentour
- chambre confortable, propre, bien équipée, avec balcon vue mer
- la piscine est un peu petite, mais en septembre il n'y a pas trop de monde
- le petit déjeuner buffet est très bon et très varié

La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza sobretodo en los lugares públicos. También la cercanía a la playa. La comida deliciosa. Es la quinta vez que nos alojamos en el mismo hotel, sin duda para repetir.

Cons:

La gestión del número de huéspedes en la habitación. Solicité la posibilidad de 3 huéspedes en la habitación y al no obtener respuesta me vi en la obligación de reservar otra habitación extra. Mi sorpresa fue que habían leido mi petición y la habían gestionado correctamente, pero al no recibir el feedback tuve que pagar otra habitación ppr precaución cuando se podía haber evitado simplemente enviandome un mensaje.

Pros:

All meals were great. Buffet was varied and very well cooked and presented. The room was comfortable and bright with a good view over the pool and marina.

Cons:

The swimming pool was very very cold and no-one was using it at all. It was kept clean though.

La atención del servicio de recepción, fuimos el último día que ya cerraban por temporada no habían agua en las máquinas, y la salida a las 10:00 me parece súper pronto.

Difficult place to find: either SATNAV was wrong or directions! Convenient place to stay and the area is quiet, although there are enough food outlets to satisfy.
