Location was spot on with plenty of parking and disabled access.
The staff are fantastic exceptionally helpful Andrew Jody,Sarah along with the rest of the team really aim to make your stay a good one.
We we're in a front room and got quite a bit of road noise.
Location was perfect, parking on site was great. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very nice - freshly made and super hot!
Our room was a little dated and the shower wasn’t great - could do with modernising to make the stay much better.

The bedroom mugs were not clean, so I was unable to have a tea or coffee in my room. I tried cleaning them but I think it had been a while since they were clean so it didn’t come off.

Hair in bed sheets. Tree branch rubbing the window all night making a loud pitch noise. Dusty room fittings. Wheel chairs blocking fire escape route. On departure, reception did not ask how my stay was or if everything was ok.

We loved everything about the whole property all the staff were exceptional and offered to take our bags to the room very clean and the bed very comfortable also the food menu looked really reasonable value. We had a breakfast which was lovely and you didn't have to stick to the breakfast menu, you could make your own breakfast adding what you like or dislike. The bar was lovely and the opening hours were very good. The big bonus for me that there was a lift and I found it disabled friendly and a really good location will definitely be going back hopefully sometime later this year.

The location is perfect, centrally located and close to all amenities, with beach a 2 minute walk. the room was spacious, and very clean. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and great value. The manager and staff Sara and Jody couldn't have been any more helpful.
