Won’t stay again..
Pros:

Bed was clean and comfortable

Cons:

Shower was freezing cold, no hot water. Had to wash with a flannel because I couldn’t have a shower.
You hear every noise and bang within the property. Doors are not properly sealed so every draft makes the door bang.
Shower curtain was filthy.
Despite check-out being 11am, we had the reception staff using a key to open our room at 10:30am when we were getting dressed. He said they didn’t have the room as “occupied” on their system.
Not acceptable for £116 for 1 night.

Location was on the seafront 5 mins from town and beach staff were attentive bar in the hotel was handy had nice outside area

Cons:

Top room we had sloping ceiling so hubby had to bend down to get into bed and shower

Pros:

Hotel slightly dated . Rooms very reasonable for cost but carpets could do with a deep clean. And loud noise when flushing toilet at night!!

Surprisingly good! And very friendly!

Got upgraded to a sea view room, and we had a drink in the bar and on day of check out the guy allowed us to leave the car in the car park whole we went the day at Yarmouth and said we could leave it there as long as possible. (Very greatful)
Shower room was amazing and room was very clean in general.
We would 100% stay here again
