Pros:

La camera perfettamente organizzata, bella e pulitissima. La colazione molto buona e abbondante. Poter usufruire dello spazio wellness dopo la giornata di sci è un bel bonus. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Anche il fatto di lasciare la prenotazione cancellabile in qualsiasi momento è stato importante, date le condizioni meteo incerte.

Superb place for holiday!
Pros:

The location is quite central, with all destinations within walking distance.
The rooms, staff, and breakfast were superb!

Cons:

Since we were traveling with children the spa and restorant breakfast were the deciding factors for us. However, shortly before the trip, it turned out that breakfast is served in the room and children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. It would be good if such information were already clearly stated on the booking page before making a reservation. In the end everything was okay - the in-room breakfast was nice and plentiful and we even managed to take a peek at the spa ;)

Home away from Home.
Pros:

The atmosphere, the staff, the coffee shop / bakery downstairs and obviously the view and location makes this place unbeatable. We actually changed our travelling plans in order to stay in this hotel. We have been here before and I think it’s safe to say we will becoming back again.

Cons:

We sadly had to leave and go back due to my daughter’s school reopening after autumn break.

Très beaux séjour dans les alpes.
Pros:

Excellent appartement/hôtel, très bien équipé, avec des beaux meubles en bois, très fonctionnels. La vue de la chambre était magnifique. Tout le personnel était très courtois, aux petits soins, précis et toujours souriant. Le spa de l’hôtel est très agréable et le tout est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner était excellent avec des très bon produits (et une superbe vaisselle). Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Notre lit était très légèrement gondolé.

Bellissima struttura situata nel centro di Bormio. Personale gentile e disponibile, la colazione viene servita in camera previa ordinazione e c'è un servizio navetta per le piste comodissimo. La SPA è molto comoda e suggestiva con vista sulle montagne di Bormio. Camera spaziosissima e dotata di tutti i confort. All'interno della struttura c'è una pasticceria/bistrot ottima per un pasto veloce o una merenda pomeridiana dopo lo sci. Il personale ci ha consigliato e prenotato ottime strutture nei dintorni per attività, visite ai bagni e cene in ottimi ristoranti e ci ha fatto prenotazioni degli ski pass per le piste. Esperienza perfetta! Ci torneremo sicuramente.
