Lovely place. All looks very good. The staff really looked after us. Very considerate, room was lovely. Quiet - amazing stay.
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked hot breakfast. The hotel was lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Nothing to complain about.
Staff and facilities were great as usual.
The shower stall was open on one side and tended to soak the bathroom floor!
The duvet was too small for the bed. All pillows were uncomfortable.
The staff are approachable, friendly and always happy to answer any queries you may have ,not to mention accommodating, the food is good especially the home made pizzas and chips,we stayed 2nights with breakfast included again the menu had a broad range to choose from my only issue is the toaster takes for ever but, would definitely not be enough to take shine off the experience of staying here ,we definitely recommend the Crossways to anyone coming to Glastonbury or Wells for a peaceful retreat 👌
As I've mentioned and its not so much a dislike just a slight inconvenience if you are planning to have hot toast with your full English, make sure to give plenty of time for the toast 🤪

Great views from bedroom, very large and modern room, friendly staff
very early check out time, we also experienced 2 fire alarms which were false alarms, waited a long time for a staff member and the attitude of staff wasn't very understanding or professional considering we had all woken up twice late at night
The dinner and they upgraded our room for free when we arrived
That the fire alarm went off twice on false alarm and we were told it may go off a third time but just stay in your room don't meet at the assembly point.
No member of staff is at the property at night.
A suspicious stain on the pillow
Comfortable room, excellent shower, breakfast was excellent with good choice of options.
Comfortable clean rooms
Nothing
Food was nice, big room and lots of parking.
The bathroom smelt of drains.
The dinner service was chaotic. We were sat in the bar even though we pre-booked and a bus load of contractors came in, very noisy and the bar was right next to our table which didn't make it a pleasant meal.
Nicely positioned between Wells and Glastonbury. We stayed for 2 nights and had a mixed experience, mainly on the positive side. The hotel was very clean though it was undergoing some refurbishment..
The room was lovely. The staff were lovely and really helpful. A couple of negative points. We had an uncomfortable first night due to the pillows being heavy and lumpy. I asked if these could be swapped. Unfortunately, they were the standard pillows in the hotel? Our shower was faulty. Tepid water with the occasional blast of hot. The restaurant management need to look at how they cater for people with Gluten intolerance. Thats the poor stuff. The cleaning team were amazing. They actually bought four new pillows for us. The shower? It happens. We reported it, so hopefully it was sorted for the next customers. The restaurant was top notch. The breakfast was really good and plentiful. The plated Sunday lunch, whilst not cheap at £18 per person, was possibly one of the best we have ever had! In conclusion, food great, staff amazing. Hotel clean but in need of a tiny bit of tlc. Would we stay again? Absolutely. Highly recommend 👌
Very little.
Crossways was a lovely place, friendly staff, food was fantastic
No main light in the bedroom
Nothing really
Definitely no 5 star facilities, very old rooms, dusty. Staff got dinner and breakfast meals wrong.
We were attending the Bristol Classic Motorcycle Show at the Bath and West Showground, Crossways is conveniently located for this and we've stayed there for the last few years. The rooms are excellent as is the restaurant and bar.
Breakfast at the weekend could be a little earlier.
Fantastic room great value for money Great bathroom with large walk in shower All staff very friendly looked after our every need
