Lovely overnight stay
Pros:

Lovely clean room for overnight stay. Staff friendly & helpful. NCP car park beside hotel, plenty spaces. Take care when exiting from car park it’s narrow in places.

Pleasant, trouble free, comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean to a high standard and well equipped. Comfortable bed, good night sleep, roomy shower. Accommodated my room request. Great location for city centre and transport.

Cons:

A fridge in the room would have been helpful.

good hotel at good price.
Pros:

fantastic loactaion one room had a view of the harbour, easy distance from bus, train or ferry terminals.
room was very clean and funky bathroom design.
very friendly staff wanting to help.

Cons:

check in could have been handled better as there was a line with one person on the desk. Sadly some guests had issues with their booking making the wait even longer.
The rooms soundproofing needs to be better as you can here noise from the street late at night (this was a weekend stay).
