Nothing at all
Le ibis est très bien situé. Proche de la gare, du centre-ville et en face du musée maritime.
Propre, accueillant. Le personnel est très gentil.
Possibilité de faire garder ses bagages avant ou après le check-in ou check-out sans frais.
La cabine de douche dans la salle de bain est grande. Il y a un ascenseur. Sèche-cheveux prêté gratuitement. Au top !

Met my expectations
Staff was very friendly. appreciate their professionalism. Knows how to deal with overseas tourists.
I arrived late. The chap who checked me in kindly offered to prepare some food as everywhere was closed by the time I arrived. Apart from that moment of pleasant human contact and recognition it felt as though everyone was too tired to engaged, after years of drilling oil, or waiting for Scotland to win another World Cup match, a bit like Aberdeen!
This hotel is tired. The rooms are more like an old student hall than a hotel room. The whole layout is tired. One lift means you have to wait to get up and down from the upper floors. There are no clear instructions on how to walk the stairs, when most people should and can. It was the ned of the day when I arrived but the whole atmosphere was one of jaded exhaustion, or was it just me?

AC or cooling didn't seem to work during the hottest summer. Had a hard time sleeping in the heat.
