Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve nazikti. Oda biraz tozluydu. Ara sokakta ama ana caddeye yakındı, lokasyonu için tercih ettim.

Top Lage, Sauber bis auf das man die Duschen Renovieren kann. Sonst alles entspannt, freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Staff were great, shame they cant speak english to well but we got by.

Needs a lot of TLC... the balcony furniture could be replaced with outdoor seating rather than old office chairs, maintenance required for basin tap, had to hold in place to use, corner rounded shower was difficult to get into, only side on and the loud noise of lift shaft backed on to our room
Photos were deceiving as i thought the hotel was on a main street, yes its away from hustle and bustle, close walk to shops, restaurants, cafes and subway.
taxis were convenient when you arent harrased by scams

I would of left if employees wasn’t so nice this place nothing like in this photos horrible dirty old behind dark streets hard to find at night plus couldn’t eat the breakfast I paid just grossed out smelly. Couldn’t get my money back stayed 6 nights and learned new lesson never pay full without seeing my hotel next time. Horrible experience

Overall good

Das Personal war sehr nett. Hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Hof, wo die Klimageräte gestanden sind, d.h. es war sehr laut. Die Umggebung war ok. Busse und Metro in der Nähe. Frühstück war ok. Für den Preis vollkommen ausreichend. Keine deutschsprachigen TV Sender.

We booked for 7 night 4 of us we stayed in family room with bunk beds that room not big enough for 2 people very small place to live for people of 4 it’s look like they advertise to make people fools service is rubbish staff also at zero level we paid £760.00 for 7 nights we just left hotel after 1 night and move to another hotel never recommended to anyone location also very bad we requested to change our room but they didn’t after that we have no choice to leave so never again

We really enjoyed our stay here. It suited our needs as young adults who wanted to stay somewhere nice but couldn’t afford somewhere too expensive. The room was simple but perfectly fine—perhaps a lack of storage for luggage and lacking another side table, but the bed was comfortable, there was a tv and a kettle and we appreciated the free bottles of water. The shower and bathroom was nice. We didn’t sample the breakfast but it was handy having a coffee bar downstairs. It’s not in a touristy area but easily accessible by M2 metro and we liked the neighbourhood with lots of shops and bars/ eateries. Staff were very kind and happy to help, excellent customer service. Would stay here again

Konaklamamız genel olarak sorunsuzdu. Check-in ve check-out işlemlerimiz kolaylıkla halloldu. Tek sıkıntı temizlik. Oda ilk bakışta temiz dursun diye yapılan üstünkörü bir temizlik var. Yatağın etrafı saç doluydu, havlular lekeliydi. Bu durum çözülürse çok iyi olur
