Awesome stay
Pros:

Hotel is near to chairlift, gondola and coaster ride. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and helpful in carrying our luggages to room. Breakfast is not too bad. Many shuttle buses which is free to ride. We are lucky that we get to experience snow there.

Cons:

No lift from the 1st time I went there about 27years ago and it is still the same now. Swimming pool is too far away. The bed was too soft. Limited parking space.

Cons:

The heater in the room wasn’t working well. My daughter was in the room next to me, and the heat there was the same. It was so hard to get changed and sleep during the night.
