Very close to everything in Thredbo

Cons:

I know the rooms are made for warm winters but it was so hot without air con in the room during the day and couldn’t open the windows because of the afternoon sun.

Staff and facility were unbelievable
Pros:

Every thing was fantastic.
Staff makes a big difference and our check in was done by a young woman who was friendly and informative.
She made a difference! It's hard to find someone who is that welcoming.
The hotel/lodge was wonderful, as was our room.
My husband had heard about the hotel/lodge, so I booked two nights.
We wanted to stay longer, but our trip was over.

Location is excellent, super friendly staff, well maintained building, breakfast selection and quality was also great.

Cons:

We were staying in summer and it was uite hot, the rooms are not air conditioned so it made sleeping pretty difficult.
