Niemiła obsługa, brud w określonych miejscach jak pilot do telewizora. Komunikacja z hotelem gdzie zostałem wprowadzony w błąd.

Pros:

Lokalizacja to na chwilę obecną największy atut tego miejsca . Obsługa hotelu bez zastrzeżeń, miła i pomocna .

Cons:

Nie był to nasz pierwszy raz w tym hotelu i muszę niestety przyznać że około 2/3 lata temu pokoje były lepiej utrzymane i zadbane . Widać że pokoje są już wysłużone to jeszcze mogę zrozumieć ale sprzątnięte było „po łebkach” . Nie dyskwalifikuje to hotelu ale za tą cenę uważam że obsługa powinna się lepiej przyłożyć

Położenie Hotelu jest bardzo dobre , blisko w zasadzie wszędzie , można poruszać się spacerkiem,, śniadania smaczne a obsługa na stołówce zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna, sprzątanie pokoju codziennie zatem dość czysto w całym hotelu, ogólne wrażenie pozytywne ale ...no właśnie popsute przez niedociągnięcia personelu odpowiedzialnego za te szczegóły,

Spora opłata za parking hotelowy, pokój był bez możliwości otwierania okien z głośną klimatyzacją, dopiero po zmianie pokoju którą udało się uzyskać dopiero po ujawnieniu uszkodzonej chłodziarki która była niezbędna do przechowywania lekarstw., w pokoju zastaliśmy zablokowany sejf, wyrwany wieszak ze ściany ( dokręcono po dwóch dniach) podartą poszewkę na poduszce, To są fakty a ocenę pozostawiam osobom czytającym czy Hotel zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek,

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny, do tego co dostajemy w zamian.

Hotel bardzo czysty. Pokoje przestronne. Łóżko wygodne. Personel w recepcji, restauracji i na śniadaniu uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Fajna opcja wynajęcia SPA dla prywatnego użytku przez 1h. Spokojna lokalizacja, z dala od tłumów na Krupówkach. Ogólnie polecam.

Parking przed hotelem dość ciasny. Kawa na śniadaniu bardzo słabej jakości.
