Great place, welcoming staff and very good wines.
Pros:

Marty, the cellar door guy was very accommodating given we arrived just before closing time and the wines are really good. The grounds are spacious and welcoming. Our room was fine and the pool is fantastic. Serafino is close to some great eateries. A special mention to the office staff too for accommodating our delayed arrival due to the fires near Cape Jervis and their concern and attentive communication with us during that ordeal which impacted so many in that area.

Cons:

Consider including a power board in the room's kitchenette. We had a car fridge we powered up in the room but had to keep switching plugs to power the rooms appliances due to the scarcity of power outlets.

Perfekt für einen kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel punktet vor allem mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, das den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Insgesamt fühlt man sich willkommen und gut betreut.

Ein besonderes Highlight sind die Corella-Kakadus, die in den Bäumen auf dem Anwesen ihr Zuhause haben. Bei Sonnenaufgang und in der Dämmerung kann es dadurch zwar recht laut werden, dafür ist es ein spannendes und sehr authentisches Naturerlebnis, das man so nicht alle Tage hat.

Cons:

In puncto Sauberkeit gibt es jedoch noch etwas Luft nach oben: An der Decke fanden sich Spinnweben und in den Ecken auf dem Teppich hat sich der Staub eingenistet.

This was my 2nd stay at Serafino, the first being some 15 years ago, and I will definitely return.
Pros:

Being nestled amongst the big gum trees and watching all the wildlife that live/visit Serafino was a bonus.
Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The king size bed itself was comfortable but sheets were thick and too noisy for my liking.

Pros:

The rooms were roomy and very clean. We lunched on the Deck (inside the cellar door due to the extreme heat). The team were amazing the food was lovely and the music entertainment was perfect. Central to everything we did in McLaren Vale
