Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit,wir hatten kleines problem mit Fernseher und es wurde spfort reagiert dafür 10

Sauberkeit ist nicht so starke Seite von Hotel, es war staubig Boden schmutzig,geruche aus dem restaurant kommen ins Zimmer, Bad war sauber und Bettwäsche wie Handtücher auch

Impolite owner. I was staying there for 1 week and the day I was about to leave I received a message at 1103 telling me to check out in 10 min because other people were waiting.

The room was only superficially clean, with tops of windows and doors full of dust. The floor also was not properly cleaned, resulting in having your feet dirty while staying moving inside the room.

Preisgünstiges Hotel in belebter Lage
Pros:

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und ich konnte sogar schon eher ins Zimmer, als vorgesehen war. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im Doppelzimmer war soweit alles vorhanden, was man braucht: 2 Betten, 1 Tisch, 2 Stühle, 1 Kleiderschrank, eine Gepäckablage und auch ein Fernseher. Ein Föhn steht im Bad zur Verfügung, ebenso wie Duschgel, Shampoo und natürlich Handtücher. Auf dem Tisch ist eine kleine Auswahl an Tee sowie löslicher Kaffee inkl. Sahne und Zucker bereitgestellt, ein Wasserkocher und Einwegbecher sind vorhanden. Die sehr zentrale Lage (ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Markt) ist ideal, wenn man sich ins Getümmel stürzen möchte. Hat aber leider auch Nachteile.
Es gibt auch ein Frühstücksangebot, was ich jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen habe und somit auch nicht bewerten kann.

Cons:

In den schmalen Straßen ist erstaunlich viel los. Ständig schlug irgendeine Autotür zu oder es wurden Mülltonnen lautstark befüllt oder auch geleert. Da ist es bei mir in der Großstadt komischerweise leiser. Aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Man sollte aber durchaus wissen, dass ruhiger Schlaf nur in einem begrenzten Zeitfenster möglich ist, außer man schließt die Fenster, was bei sommerlichen Temperaturen aber extrem unangenehm ist. Mein Zimmer (ich hatte Nr. 1) hatte dann leider noch einen entscheidenden Nachteil, denn es liegt direkt neben der Raucherterrasse, so dass der Qualm leider durch die Fenster zu mir herein zog.
Für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen sei noch erwähnt: es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Wer keine Treppen steigen kann, sollte das Hotel nicht buchen.
