Amei! Tudo limpinho e a localização nota 10, porque fica bem na rua principal. Inclusive, dá para fazer passeios a pé, e também fica próximo de cafeterias e supermercado. Gostaria de agradecer e de dar destaque ao atendimento do recepcionista Damian/Damião, extremamente solícito e atencioso!!! Seu atendimento foi maior ponto positivo do hotel!
Ambiente muito aconchegante e confortável, quarto bonito, ar condicionado ótimo, staff simpático e gentil, limpeza impecável.
Não há elevador e nem café da manhã (mas há espaço para refeições e uma cozinha bem equipada). A falta de elevador pode fazer falta para quem viaja com idosos ou pessoas com locomoção limitada.
We missed breakfast because we had to leave early.
The family room was all the way up and they didn't have an elevator but it was good.
muy buena ubicacion , cercana a metro baquedano, y al cerro san cristobal , el hotel es una casona antigua, la pieza era amplia ,el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso, en general fue comodo , la atencion del personal gentil
no tiene desayuno, pero permiten pedir comida al hotel, aunque para mi hubiera sido mas comodo contar con desayuno, hay una cocina que tiene agua caliente , cafe , y te a disposicion de los huespedes , ademas de microondas. si es que uno quisiera comprar por uber eats y cenar alli mismo.
