Все было супер и даже лучше чем я ожидал
Pros:

я приехал с костылями, сразу предложили комнату для людей с ограниченными возможностями.
расположение было хорошее- недалеко от центра города.
персонал был приветливый и сразу предложили доп обогреватель если вдруг нам будет холодно.
Лифт работал всегда несмотря на отключения электричества.
Электричество тоже было всегда.
Также можно было в номере регулировать температуру.

Хороший готель для відряджень та коротких мандрівок
Pros:

При постійних відключеннях та проблемами з опаленням - в готелі можна було зігрітись, була гаряча вода та смачні сніданки. Працював ліфт

Cons:

Чомусь була відсутня сушилка в номері, не можна було нагріти номер більше ніж 20 градусів. Трохи не вистачало дрібних речей як ватні диски
В номері не було килима. Думаю покриття вирішило б частину проблем з теплом
