알리바바 아침에 택시잡기는 힘들었지만 가격대비 정말 만족합니다 호텔존에 위치해있고 도심과는 조금 거리가있습니다. 직원들이 엄청친절해요

The resort area (not the hotel) is under renovation, all restaurants & shops are closed except 2-3 restaurants & a Starbucks, really limited choices of food or only dine in hotel, while the hotel restaurant only provided Chinese cuisine, not even Asian & don't mention Western.
Buffet breakfast provided was not quite a 4-star hotel standard, same dishes for all 3 days I have stayed. Taste was nothing impressive. Breakfast area is just next to hotel lobby, no staff to handle the guests especially young children even they were running & yelling around...
Staff are in fact very friendly, have tried their best to answer questions & enquires, yet were unable to answer or provide accurate information, for example they told me to simply buy a shuttle bus ticket to wetland park at tourist center which no need to buy entrance ticket; but the cashier refused so that shuttle bus & park entrance ticket are tight-in.
The best thing I like is there are quite a few books which guests can borrow to read at their rooms.

附近的濕地很漂亮，房間還好

房间太小 局促到不行。独立淋浴房都没有，就在浴缸旁边挂了一个花洒。没有衣柜，只是在洗手台盆后面做了一个开放式的衣架，宽度不足一米，整个客房安置了两张床以后 几乎没有多余空间。早餐品种少且价格不菲。除了价格和服务是悦椿的，其他就是一个4星都不到的酒店

住房整體舒適，房內提供兩種薰香用具選擇，值得一試。
唯浴室的蓮蓬頭無法轉換使用，稍嫌可惜。
工作人員親切，可回應大部分的要求與問題。
鄰近西溪濕地國家公園，提供套票優惠以及接駁車。

Close to wetland, quiet area for holidays

酒店前台的服务非常好 办理完入住手续 服务员会亲自带领到房间 并对房间设施做介绍 询问景点事宜 介绍的也非常仔细 临走时还送我们上车 全程微笑服务 感觉很亲切

Angenehmes, ruhiges Hotel in einem parkähnlichen Gelände, mitten in den "wetlands" von Hangzhou. Das Frühstück kann man mit Blick aufs Wasser und den begünten Innenhof einnehmen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet.

总体不错，距离西溪湿地只有2公里，房间是无烟房，有个阳台，从阳台望出去，有山有水有庭阁，早晨还能看到很多白头小鸟在树枝嬉戏，只是房间的马桶坏了，每次使用过后要手动才可以储水，很麻烦。

剛到大堂，服務人員主動幫手拿行李，之後入住時因為房間景觀因為面向街道，不太喜歡，之後跟服務生說，立即幫我換房間面向內園，感覺挺貼心，只是酒店位置有點離市中心遠，不過因為位於濕地，環境都很寧靜，整體感覺很舒服很有渡假Feel，再來杭州下次有機會會再入住

是次選住的酒店很舒適，是一趟放鬆及悠遊之旅。只是早餐方面較少選擇，不過食物都很有杭州特色，而且食物質素不錯。

I live in the room try to be Chinese but the fact that the design not following the fengshui as design of house of Chinese, the impression of food quit good, the bath tug is good thing to facilitate.
It is better enjoy the present state of quiteness, sleeping in a big bed
