HOLLYWOOD SUNRISE

I stayed in a Studio Queen room.
Staff was quick to respond to my questions in regards to parking, I was able to check in earlier than normal time. Room was clean, smelled fresh, very simple, bed was comfortable and fresh. A microwave, small dorm room frigerator with freezer, a small coffee pot. Very close to the beach, and away from all the noise of the louder parts of the Broadwalk.
The shower pressure was great, which was a plus, because the water is cold in the showers. The air stayed between 74-77 in my room, and the thermostat set to 70. It was very hot when I was visiting. The coffee mug is miniature for a child. The walls are thin, I could hear my neighbors. All in all, I would stay here again for the price and proximity to the beach for a quick trip.

The code they gave for our room did not work at first, waited hours to even get a reply

We did not like the place; the bathroom was tiny, the shower was broken, the water pressure was very low, and the layout of the room was hideous. It is not a good place to stay with your family.

The kitchen didn't have a spoon, the bathroom is old and full of broken tiles. The hotel needs renovation of the bathrooms.

Very nice location, 300 feet from the ocean. And at the same time it is far enough from restaurants with its noise.
Stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, silverware, parking spot (for additional price though, but anyway), free WiFi - everything is as it suppose to be..
The only downside which can be mentioned is the sound insulation between the rooms. It definitely could be improved.
Other than that - this is just the perfect place to spend your vacation.

Location to the beach is amazing.
Clean room, weird smell every so often, not sure really what is was. I wasn’t the only one to experience this.
Everything else was great.

Great location! Room has been refurbished and it looks great. Except that it needs a mirror! And the closet needs hangers. A bar of soap in the bathroom would be appreciated. Otherwise, I was quite pleased.

This was the cutest place ever. GREAT location by the beach with lots of choices for shopping, dinning and night life. Will definitely be staying here again

The property was well maintained even the lawn guys were cool! The towels were super fluffy and bed just right.

Reserved a double twin but ended up in the queen apartment with adjoining queen room. Fantastic location! Bed was comfy. We had extra bed linens, plenty of towels and wash rags, full sized fridge, microwave and a stove, plates, bowls, glasses, and flatware. We even had 2 beach chairs to use. On the downside the A/C was very loud but not loud enough to drown out my neighbors conversations - they weren’t being loud, the walls are just incredibly thin.

Overall we would definitely return.

The boardwalk was nice and close. We paid for a queen, got a double . No dish soap dish towels, only two bath towels and if you needed more we were told to wash the ones we had.. the stove although did not use was rusted out, the range hood was full of grease .under the kitchen sink cabinet were the pots and pans, it smelled very misty, moldy under there, would not considered to use the pans at all. The bath room bathroom had some mold growing in the shower . The first night the outside seating area was dark, no lights, did not feel safe….the room had a strong musty moldy smell, I wore a mask to bed, cannot stand that smell…. The bathroom light works with the fan and the fan is definitely a noise maker. The room was pretty clean, but the mattress was stained with pee (have pictures) glad I did not see that until I stripped the bed…. There is no real comfort in the room, no sofa, nothing comfortable to sit on and the TV was a small 32 in…. The air was set and you could not control it… so I froze when I was in the room…. We would not rebook this place or recommend it…
I am not a complainer, I just tell it like it is…

Be prepared to have to wash your towels and sheets yourself and pay for the use of the washers to do so Even though it says they will bring you new ones they wont. We were there for 6 days like really two towels for 2 people and then charge us to wash them . Thats insane . We called for them and they told us we had to wash our own. Also we lost power and was the only hotel around us that did . We lost food because of it . We paid 120 dollars for parking and didnt even have the spot we were assigned because others kept taking it. I most likely wont be staying there again.

No parking

Showed up at the property today to check in and it’s been closed for a month for renovations. Property manager said they informed Expedia and no one let us know. We had 3 rooms between our group and no one got any notification. Had to find a new place to stay and considerable extra cost.

Close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and bars, without the noise. Ours had a microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker, and free wifi. Nothing fancy, clean, and a good value.
