アクセスが良かった
喫煙室だったので仕方なかったのですが少しお風呂場がタバコ臭かった
-Room is spacious, fit our 2 large bags.
-There were two convenient stores nearby.
-If you need to send your luggage, yamato transport office just across the hotel.
-Turns out the lobby is on the second floor. There was an escalator, to go upstairs, but you need to use the stair to go down. I have a stroller with me so it was a bit burden. Though turned out you can request to the receptionist to set the escalator to be switched then it can be run downstairs.
-Subway entrance with elevator is far from hotel.

おかげさまで快適に滞在することができました。
ホテルのエントランスが2Fに位置しており、アクセスするためには階段orエレベーターしかないため、ベビーカーでの移動が少し大変でした。エレベーターがないことは想定外でしたが、これは施設環境に依るものですので、致し方ないと認識しております。

โรงแรมอยู่ชั้น 2 ของตึก โดยการเข้าตัวโรงแรมที่ชั้น 2 นั้น ต้องขึ้นบันไดเลื่อนที่แคบ หรือ เดินบันไดปกติ ทำให้การขนกระเป๋าสัมภาระ หรือ รถเข็นเด็กทำได้ลำบากมาก โดยเฉพาะรถเข็นเด็ก หรือ รถเข็นทั่วไป ต้องพับแล้วยกขึ้นบันไดแทน ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่คาดคิดว่าจะเกิดเหตุนี้ขึ้น เพราะทริปของเราใช้รถเข็นเด็ก ทุกครั้งที่เข้า หรือ ออกจากโรงแรมต้องพับรถเข็นทุกครั้ง เป็นสิ่งที่ไม่สะดวกที่สุด และเสียความรู้สึกมาก เพราะเที่ยวกลับมาก็เหนื่อยมากแล้ว ถือของเยอะ แต่กลับมาถึงโรงแรมต้องมาพับรถเข็นแล้วยกขึ้นทุกวัน เด็กต้องลงรถเข็นแล้วเดินขึ้นบันไดเอง การพักอยู่ที่พักแห้งนี้จำนวน 4 คืน เป็นประสบการณ์เข้าพักโรงแรมที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยพักมา
ห้องพักมีฝุ่นใต้เตียงจำนวนมาก ฉันทราบได้จากการเลื่อนเตียงมาชิดกำแพงเพื่อต้องการพื้นที่วางกระเป๋าสัมภาระ ก็พบได้ถึงความสกปรกที่อยู่ใต้เตียง
พนักงานดูไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ ไม่สนใจลูกค้าที่เช็คเอาค์ ลูกค้าต้องยกกระเป๋าสัมภาระเองทั้งหมดลงบันได หากไม่เดินไปบอกให้พนักงานสลับการเลื่อนของบันไดเลื่อน ก็จะไม่มีใครสนใจคุณ

Tamaño de habitación cómodo para Japón
No te permiten el check out si no entregas todas las tarjetas. El personal no me informó dicha regla y no nos querían dejar ir. Después de conversar entendieron su error y pudimos hacer el check out. Deberían dar la información en inglés y japonés o al menos preguntar
Very unassuming from outside and lobby but incredible room and decent location for getting around. Maybe slightly higher than avg cost but really enjoyed my stay and will be back
The rooms were so spacious and clean. A lot of spaces for my luggage and still sitting areas for enjoying late night snacks in the room. One of my room was with a queen size bed. The bed was so big and comfy. This hotel is totally exceeded my expectation. We asked recommendation for restaurant around the area. The front desk even called and booked the restaurant for us at the same night during the year end when the restaurant bookings were always full. We had a great meal. Thank you for their help. We had a family of 6 so we need to book 2 separate rooms for our one night stay. The hotel was so considerate that putting our rooms next to each other.
De ruimte en luxe uitstraling van de kamer waren zeer goed. De service en het personeel waren ook voortreffelijk.
De kamer was gehorig. Veel geluiden van buiten en binnen het hotel hielden mij 's nachts wakker. Verder was het matras nogal hard, waardoor ik last kreeg van mijn rug.

No complimentary coffee. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You have to carry your suitcases from reception to ground floor on the stairs, no escalator or lift when walking out. The decor of the room was quite old and heavy. The bathroom small and not many places to put or lay your things on.
