Categories

Cleanliness
7.4
Many guests reported the hotel was clean and well maintained, but there are notable negative reports of hair on towels, sewage/urine smells in one room, and shower drainage/operation problems that lower the score.
Service
8.6
Staff are frequently described as very helpful and supportive (luggage service assistance, friendly reception), though occasional procedural confusion was mentioned; overall service is a strong point.
Location
9
Consistently praised: extremely convenient, right by Shinsaibashi, subway and shopping, ideal for sightseeing and dining — a clear strength of the property.
Room Quality
7.9
Many guests found rooms comfortable and some spacious by local standards, with comfortable beds; complaints include small layouts where the bed dominates space, dark rooms in mornings, and intermittent shower issues.
Amenities
8
Amenities are generally well regarded (toiletries, breakfast, coffee machine in reception), though guests requested more dryers/washing machines and noted the in-room safe was missing.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly mention good cost-performance (コスパ/bon rapport qualité/prix); guests feel the price is appropriate for the location and facilities.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast is praised by several guests as good; one noted discrepancy between free espresso at reception and filter coffee served at breakfast, but overall F&B receives positive mentions.
Overall Experience
8
Overall experience is positive for most guests — convenient location, helpful staff and good value — tempered by isolated but impactful issues (cleanliness incidents, shower/noise problems).

Cons:

Negatif hiçbir şey yok. Sadece keşke gün ışığı alan bir odayı verseydiler.

Edullinen ja hyvä majoitus parhaalla sijainnilla.
Pros:

Sijainti oli erinomainen. Lähellä parhaita kauppapaikkoja ja ravintoloita.
Voisin hyvin majoittua seuraavalla kerralla uudelleen.
Hintalaatusuhde 5/5

Cons:

Huone oli vähän kulahtanut. Oli kuitenkin todella siisti.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

Very friendly staff and good breakfast, everything you need is provided, and our kids loved the stay. There’s self service washing machine and dryer in hotel that’s very convenient.

Cons:

Room cleaning is on every three days but still can put rubbish outside the room and ask for new towels in the morning.
