Great location and an excellent manager, but the experience was held back by unprofessional service.
Pros:

Perfect location with an easy commute to work and quick access to the city. The manager was incredibly helpful, resolving a room issue smoothly and offering a discount.

Cons:

Highly inconsistent frontline staff. While a few employees are exceptional, others, particularly room service are completely unprofessional and subpar.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, and so was exercise room.

Cons:

They put me in a handicap room, even though I’m not handicap. The faucet was a little stiff when turning on, which may be hard for a handicap person to turn on.
