Sehr sauber und geräumig, bei guter zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Zimmer sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Personal sehr hilfreich, zB bei Bestellung eines Taxis. Auf Wunsch wurden täglich Wasser und frische Handtücher vor das Zimmer gelegt.
Lage sehr angenehm zentral, alle gängigen Convenience-Stores in maximal 1 Minute Gehdistanz entfernt.

Cons:

Leider war der Spabereich für uns nicht zugänglich (aufgrund von Tattoos) und es wurden uns nicht, wie wir es von anderen Hotels gewohnt sind, Tattoo-Patches angeboten.
Weiters waren dadurch die Waschmöglichkeiten deutlich geringer, da der größere Teil im Spabereich angesiedelt ist - es waren für uns nur 2 Waschtrockner verwendbar.

楽しい旅行になりました。
Pros:

博多エリアを回るには、良いロケーションでコストパフォーマンスの高いホテルでした。

Cons:

エレベーターが3機もあるのに、待ち時間が少し多い。
