Cons:

Although my stay was fully prepaid when checking in I was told they needed a hold on my credit card which would be lifted at checkout this in fact took 7 days. Also as they have nothing for you to charge to the room I found this unnecessary.

Close the cruise terminal. Room was quiet, beds comfy and clean bedding.Reception guy was polite.

Cons:

Lift carpet had clumps of hair and dust as if it had never been vacuumed. Breakfast room was odd, felt like I was in a soup kitchen for the homeless.

Per me è ok
Pros:

Lo staff cordiale e pronto a risolve ogni nostra perplessità. Avevo un problema con la macchina del caffè nel giro di 5 min me l'hanno sostituita.
La struttura si trova un po' fuori new York ma con 18 min dalla metro ci arrivi. (Ci sono anche i bus se nn volere fare 18 min a piedi) zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos della città. Affianco ci sono i pompieri e la polizia :)

Cons:

Forse la colazione. Non è più a buffet ma dentro dei sacchetti. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più Americano con uova e becon ma comunque era una buona colazione. O un sandwich o un begal farcito e sempre frutta e yogurt e ovviamente caffè americano.

Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück für Frühaufsteher, das Hotel kann empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Die Bushaltestelle war ganz in der Nähe und wir konnten alle unsere ausgesuchten Ziele gut erreichen. Das Hotel ist ruhig trotz der zentralen Lage.
Das Frühstück an sich war sehr gut. Es gab verschiedene Milchsorten, ein warmes Frühstückspaket und Obst.

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, das der Frühstücksraum schon kurz nach 9 Uhr abgeräumt wurde. Ein gemütliches Frühstück war so leider nicht möglich.

Cons:

The breakfast room in the basement didn't even have hot water for tea, which was disappointing and weird. This is a pretty basic ingredient that should be available. It's also a strange, remote space without any windows.

Also, the bathroom in the basement (the only public restroom) didn't have any toilet paper or any soap!
