it was perfect for what we needed it, which was very close to the port to board the cruise ship.

I would stay again, but only for 1 night or I'd ensure I didn't have breakfast in the mornings.

Reception staff were amazing!

Cons:

Breakfast room and breakfast itself is very lacking. There isn't enough tables for all the guests, and there was definitely not enough food for the amount of people who stayed over the night before. Breakfast consisted of cereals, and then egg, sausage and hashbrown. One of your staff told a gentleman before us that he cannot have more than 1 of each because "there are many people and not enough". This shouldn't be the standard, if you know the number of guests booked you should supply enough. The gentleman serving the breakfast was also very abrupt and rude to the guests. It unfortunately made the morning experience unpleasant.

Great Option For Brooklyn
Pros:

I've stayed here before and had a great experience and this time was the same. Every staff person encountered is friendly and helpful if needed and the spaces are well kept. Our bed is super comfortable, the sheets are so soft, and the tv is large and comes with Roku capabilities so I could pick any number of favorite shows with a Roku channel and marathon to my heart's content. We've stayed here for proximity to Barclay's Center and now for proximity to the cruise pier. Great option.

Cons:

There's nothing I could point out as a dislike. Solid stay.

The other staff was friendly and very helpful

Cons:

I never write reviews. The guy who serves breakfast was the worst server I've ever seen. We were still eating and he chased us away and he was like that with every customer. Its a buffer breakfast and then he will give you one egg. We ended up getting breakfast at another place in Brooklyn.

28 January, the man at the front desk was very polite. However, on the evening of 29 January, there was a woman instead.
She was rude and disrespectful.

Einfach sehr gut
Pros:

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Ideal wenn jemand wie wir nicht im Trubel übernachten will. Traumhaft, vom Hotel über die Brooklyn Bridge nach Manhattan zu laufen.
Sehr guter Service, prima Frühstück. Nettes und engagiertes Personal, besonders das Frühstücksteam war super angenehm und nett.
