Pros:

Da limpeza e organização. O pessoal da recepção é gentil e não tem custo para deixar as malas.

התחלה הכי גרועה שהיתה לי לחופשה ויחס מחפיר של מנהל המלון
Pros:

לא שווה את המחיר. מעבר לכך שהיחס והטיוח של המחדלים של בעל המלון אחרי שנפצעתי ממכסה חד וכבד שהיה בשירותים לא לפי התקן, הפתיע אותי ברמות ובמיוחד ההאשמות של בעל המלון במקום לקחת אחריות ולהתנצל, שלא לדבר על לפצות. יחס מחפיר!

Cons:

הכל. החל בגודל החדר שהוא קטן ברמה מוגזמת ובמיוחד השירותים והאמבטיה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מזעזעת. כל אורח מקבל שקית חומה שבה יש את מרכיבי הארוחה לפי בחירת המלון. יוגורט בטעם גויבה, מאפה מיניאטורי, קצת גרנולה, קופסה קטנה של פירות חתוכים... כל יום אותו הדבר. היו יומיים שצ'יפרו ונתנו בייג'ינג קטן והתוכו כבר מרחו לנו גבינת שמנת. לא היה אפשרי לקבל בייגל ריק. המלון במרחק של 20 דקות מהסבוויי. המלון גם לא ממליץ ללכת לתחנת הרכבת הקרובה יותר בגלל שזה מסוכן שם.

Pros:

I was not too happy with the breakfast. If I would have known that it was a brown bag breakfast I would have not paid for it and went out to eat, other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna. Było bardzo czysto. Śniadanie podane w torebkach papierowych, ale zróżnicowane. Panie na recepcji bardzo miłe i pomocne🙂

Cons:

Lokalizacja. Od metra 20 minut . Polecam wysiąść na stacji Carroll St, jest na pewno miłej, ładna okolica …. Można korzystać z autobusu , który jest blisko i dojechać do miasta. Wokół hotelu puste budynki i hale.

I will be cancelling the booking I have later this fall and looking for new hotel.
Pros:

Location, front desk, booking trusted taxi for us.

Cons:

Mattress too soft, only blanket was hot duvet, AC too noisy to sleep, breakfast was terrible. Staff in breakfast area was awful to customers. We have stayed here before and liked the breakfast which was served hot. A terrible ham sandwich on two hunks white bread doesn’t cut it!

Good place if you’re heading to the cruise port.
Pros:

Staff member on duty in the middle of the morning when we arrived was terrific after battling our way from JFK. Suitable accommodation before heading off to close by cruise port the next day. Happy with stay.

Cons:

It was certainly ok. For the price, acceptable.

Lokalizacja, blisko przystanek autobusowy. Niedaleko stacja metra. Pokój zgodny z opisem, choć w rzeczywistości dla 4 osób dużo mniejszy.
Dostępność napoju migdałowego do kawy, jajka gotowane na śniadanie. Woda w butelkach.
Miła obsługa w recepcji.

Cons:

Brakuje sklepu spożywczego w okolicy.
Kupony na śniadanie, posiłek spakowany w papierowe torby, w formie jogurty, gotowe kanapki, kawa, brak warzyw. Brak talerzyków na śniadanie. Jesz na chusteczkach.
Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w wystarczającej
ilości dla 4 osób.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Clean, Ina at front desk was wonderful. Room nice. Housekeeping daily without having to ask. Within 0.6 mile walking distance to Carroll Gardens where amazing food, shopping is located in a neighborhood surrounded by brownstones.

Cons:

Breakfast was prepared and handed to us in brown bag. Would ask hotel to consider handing out vouchers for breakfast at nearby restaurants thus eliminating their precious resources.

Cons:

The breakfast is given in a bag and everyone gets the same!
Ham and cheese bagel, yogurt and pastry. I got a yogurt full of mould. People at the reception never even tried to help when asked for a dairy sandwich. They all said there was nothing to do.

Fine. But probably wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Location right across from the police station was good. If you have a rental car, you actually will find parking on the block, so that was nice.

Cons:

Rooms felt stark and empty. Not comfortable or nice in any way. Almost like a cheap motel. But the price was much higher than what you'd expect, given those rooms. Lobby also was totally lacking and like a cheap motel
