周囲に少し不安感があるも良いホテル
Pros:

とても感じの良いホテルでした。

Cons:

良く無い点ではありませんが、周囲は倉庫街なので、ちょっと不安感がありましたが、バス停は近いです。メトロとフェリーが徒歩圏内です。クチコミで朝食に期待していましたが、紙バッグに入ったテイクアウト形式のもので、内容はともかくも、少し期待外れでした。

Prima hotel als je kijkt naar prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Pros:

Prima locatie niet ver van metrostation, waarvandaan je snel richting alle bezienswaardigheden kunt komen.

Cons:

Het ligt wel wat afgelegen, er is weinig in de omgeving te doen. Ontbijt is zeer beperkt en eentonig, je krijgt een tas waar je eten in zit. Niet uitnodigend om te nuttigen in de daarvoor bestemde ruimte(kelder van het hotel).

Great for simple people with simple plans!
Pros:

Very comfortable bed! Very basic and meets the needs! Would stay again!

Cons:

Not much around so be prepared to walk or uber. But close to the cruise port so served its purpose!

Decent. Location was the main reason I stayed here since it was closest to an event, but the bathroom could use some upk
Cons:

The bathroom had moldy caulking and the shower faucet was messed up such that you could not adjust it to the temperature you wanted. I also noticed some crumbs on the desk.

Peccato per la.colazione scadente
Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione è ottima. Stanze discrete. Pulizia buona a parte gli asciugamani macchiati e pieni di capelli.

Cons:

Colazione scadente. Danno un sacchetto con bagel durissimi alternati a wrap di pollo grigliato asciutti. Da bere solo caffè americano o latte. Nessun succo o bustine di thè. Noi dalla seconda giornata scendevamo le nostre cose comprate fuori per colazione.

Not worth it.
Pros:

Although they advertise breakfast for which we have paid, it's literally only coffee and they simply give you paper bag with questionable quality sandwich meat sandwich, jogurt and a small container of fruit i assume from the can. It is in a commercial area. The whole atmosphere is unpleasant. Location is not far from Manhattan but that's about all.

Shit. The worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Be extremely careful when selecting the room type, especially the “Cellar” room. We arrived and were shocked to discover that it was a tiny, smelly basement room, and we were then asked to pay an additional fee to move to an upper floor. Several other arriving guests also appeared surprised by the same situation, which made the booking feel very misleading.

The breakfast was extremely poor, the rooms looked nothing like the photos, and basic facilities were missing. There were no cribs, no laundry facilities, and many services you would normally expect even from a basic motel or two-star hotel were unavailable. I genuinely do not understand how this property has a rating of around 8 on Booking.com or four stars on Google because my experience was completely different.
