Good hotel for a short stay
Pros:

Close to Brooklyn bridge and the evening skyline of NY.
The rooms are ok and comfortable enough for a short stay. The firefighters are nearby and police drives through so, pretty safe although in an area with many garages for food trucks and similar. There are also parking spaces on the street so no need to take the hotel parking.

Cons:

No support regarding correct interpretation of the parking sign on the street from the hotel stuff.

Great for solo road trippers, but plan ahead.
Pros:

The size of the room was plenty for a solo traveler. There was parking available in the back of the building and the NYC ferry was close by. The property is off the beaten path in an industrial area so it feels more private.

Cons:

The closest access to Manhattan was the NYC ferry so plan ahead for the way to and the return trip. The MTA station is a mile away. Other than being a place to stay, there are few food establishments nearby.

Sehr nettes Personal,besonders Ianna am Empfang mit guten Tipps .Frühstück in Pappschachteln war am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftig,aber lecker.
Der Blick auf die Skyline von New York.

Cons:

Frühstück war bis 9.30 Uhr und schon um 9 Uhr gab es keinen Saft oder Wassee mehr und wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt.

Nicht zu empfehlen, das war wohl mal besser, jetzt wird am Personal und Frühstück usw. sehr gespart.
Pros:

Bequeme Betten, 2 Wasserflaschen jeden Tag, Kaffeemschiene mit Kaffee dazu, ruhige Lage, aber zu weit zur Subway.
Zimmerausstattung war auch gut und ansprechend. sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Cons:

am 4. Tag wurde wurde nachts nach 12 Uhr an meine Türe gepocht und mit lauter Polizeistimme meine Reservierung verlangt! ( show your roomticket!" Ich habe dann nach dem Schreck die Türe geöffnet und alles klargestellt, keine Entschuldigung, im Gegenteil der Verantwortliche am Frontdesk erklärete mir dann auch noch, man soll die Türe nie öffnen " man weiß ja nie wer davorsteht" ich kam mir vor wie in einem schlechten Film!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Das Frühstück ist eine einzige Katastrophe, besser wäre es, das alles nicht anzubieten. Ihre Bilder auf der Seite sind wohl sehr alt und entsprechen nicht dem jetzigen Stand. Kein Brot, keine Eier, keine Teller, nur eine Plastikbox mit trockenen Würstchen, 1 Pancake und Fake-Rührei, konnte man nicht essen. Der Yoghurt war nach 7 Uhr vergriffen, so auch die kleinen Becher mit Fruchtsalat. Wer nach 8 Uhr kam, schaut " in die Röhre"! Was spricht gegen etwas Brot und einige Käse und Wurstscheiben? so teuer ist das dann auch wieder nicht.
Ich habe mir dann alles selbst gekauft und mein eigenes Frühstück gegessen, allerdings auf einer Serviette, da es nicht einen Teller gab.
Dieses Hotel ist NICHT zu empfehlen!
Ich werde es jedenfalls bei meinem nächsten New York Aufenthalt nicht mehr buchen. ( Fliege jedes Jahr hin)

Nice room, hotel okay
Pros:

Spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, toiletries were good and replenished everyday. Thanks to Henry and the ladies cleaning our room.

Cons:

Breakfast could be way better, pre-packed food warmed in microwave. Fruits and yogurt are only for earlier birds (7am) they don’t do top up of food even when the hotel looked very busy on this days.
The location feels a bit unsafe especially in the night, any shop around.

Pros:

Le camere sono molto spaziose e i letti comodissimi, in pochi minuti a piedi arrivi alle fermate degli autobus

Cons:

Migliorerei sicuramente la colazione, ti danno una box predefinita ma quando finiscono frutta o yogurt non li riforniscono

Très proche du port pour y aller à pied

Cons:

Il y avait du poils dans notre lit, je me suis fait piquer durant la nuit. Cela m’a causé une infection et j’ai dû prendre des antibiotiques

The bed was big and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't good. At check in we were told breakfast is down here which I took to mean on the ground floor. It's actually in a small room under the lobby it was like a school canteen
