Good value for the money perfect for a night before my cruise stay

Pros:

La ubicació a costat de la part més bonica de Brooklyn i la comoditat de les habitacions amb llits i coixins increïbles.

Cons:

Que ja no tenen buffet per esmorzar. Ara és un picnic amb envasos que no es poden reciclar. Segueix sent bo, però era millor el buffet.

Cons:

A lot. Super basic and over priced. Couldn’t get the room I reserved. Needed a fork for my take out, they couldn’t help. Very underwhelming

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that the reservations were made for five people three adults two kids when we got there they were trying to tell us that it was only made for two adults and one kid so we had a lot of problems with your facility and the breakfasts.

Great stay close to the city.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. Airconditioning unit at the window wasnt the newest model but did its job. Location in combination with parking is great.

Cons:

Breakfast is not a buffet, you get one bag with an assortment of foods. Nothing wrong with that but some more choices would be nice.

Très beau et confortable séjour
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'emplacement malgré que cela soit un peu excentré de brooklyn et Mannathan. Plein de petits bars/microbrasserie et resto aux alentours et voisinage très accueillant. On a adoré se déplacer en ferry, station à 10min à pieds. Facile d'accès, personnel toujours sur place pour checkin et checkout, apprécié ! Notre chambre était très bien et telle que demandée. Les lits étaient très confortables. Les lieux étaient très propre. Le ménage et les serviettes étaient fait/changées tous les matins. Nous avons prit le déjeuner tous les matins, convenable pour partir avec quelque chose dans le ventre.

Cons:

Les corridors sont très bruyants le matin.
Le déjeuner n'offre pas de possibilité végé/vegan. Le personnel est soit très serviable et agréable soit très non chaland.

Linda habitación, zona tranquila sin ruido!!!
Pros:

La habitación para dos personas muy comoda y limpia. Había una cafetera incluida con capsulas para el día.

Cons:

El desayuno es lo mismo todos los días, tal vez 2 o 3 días se puede aguantar. Es una bolsa con yogur, fruta y un sandwich de pollo o un baguel con queso crema que no es bueno. No se puede elegir, se termina el sandwich y te dan el baguel. Tendrían que mejorar el desayuno.

The location of the hotel is well accessible by public transport and helped us discover a part of Brooklyn we would have otherwise missed out on. The room was convenient and the price was reasonable.

Cons:

A change of the laundry service should be considered. Many fresh towels had clearly visible spots.

Staff, accommodations and location were great...food needs an upgrade for sure.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The room was very clean.
Our door latch was loose and malfunctioned-locking us out of our room ...fortunately the staff were proactive with problem solving it.

Cons:

I think the breakfast was dismal. I was wondering if collaborating with the local businesses like the two delis close by would be helpful. For example, instead of the breakfast in a bag ...could you offer $5 vouchers for the delis nearby. The food in the deli nearby was excellent. It would be a nice collaboration for all involved. Also, there is the local chocolate shop nearby and perhaps vouchers for there could be an option also.
