Emplacement proche centre ville
Portofino à proximité et accessible en bus depuis la gare juste à côté de l’hôtel

Cons:

Proposer des services à prix excessifs
Proposer le taxi pour se rendre à portofino à un prix exorbitant sans préciser que le bus se trouvant à 2 minutes de l’hôtel vous y amène pour seulement 5€ !

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propre.

Cons:

L"hotel est entouré de grands immeubles et il y a peu d'espace hormis ce qu'on montre sur les photos. J'avais une chambre au sous-sol et une terrasse, délimitée par des murs, pas de vue.
Pas d'ouverture sur la mer.

Non all'altezza di un 5 stelle. Inoltre :Ilil primo giorno colazione scarsa e ambiente freddo. Il secondo giorno decisamente meglio come offerta e accoglienza.

Cons:

Pour une dénomination palace, devoir payer en supplément 50 e de spa, nous faisant sortir de l hôtel, avec juste une pseudo piscine a bulles un sauna, une douche sensoriel sans odeur et un hammam qui n' était pas suffisamment chaud, je trouve cela abusé. J'ai ai connu bien mieux dans l ensemble en Italie pour un 5*

Pros:

Pulizia accurata di camera e spazi comuni, SPA piccola ma con tutti i servizi essenziali, asciugamani e teli di spugna molto confortevoli, accappatoio fornito per la SPA, tisane e frutta secca nel locale relax. Posizione ottima poco lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro città.

Cons:

Eravamo nella dependance staccata dal resto del corpo centrale. La temperatura della camera è preimpostata a 26 gradi (troppo caldo) e non c'è modo di abbassare se non spegnendo il termostato.

Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute.
Le Bâtiment principal de l'hôtel est agréable.
Le SPA situé dans l'annexe.
Le petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité.

Cons:

Notre chambre était située dans le bâtiment annexe (situé à une centaine de mètres du bâtiment principal) ce qui n'est pas très pratique ni très agréable notamment le soir (même si la chambre elle même était très bien).

Santa Margherita: raffinata e accogliente
Pros:

Posizione perfetta: all'ingresso dell'area pedonale e, per chi viaggia in treno, a due passi dalla stazione. Molto apprezzata palestra: piccola ma pulitissima e completa. Dimensioni, pulizia e riscaldamento della stanza impeccabili. La stanza ha spazio esterno non bellissimo perché seminterrato.

Cons:

I servizi hanno dei costi molto alti. Non vi sono parcheggi a prezzi ragionevoli nelle vicinanze. Anche quello dell'hotel molto esoso. Pure la Spa e la colazione hanno costo piuttosto alto.
