A real gem of a hotel with excellent service in a great location
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a few minutes down hill from the station, a few minutes walk to some excellent restaurants away from the busier areas, and very close to the sea front and shops. Very stylish and chic. The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. We arrived mid morning and they were very apologetic that our rooms would be another hour. (We weren’t expecting them to be ready at that time). We were given complementary Prosecco and in fact the rooms were ready before we finished our drinks!

Cons:

Nothing. I wound definitely stay hear again and would highly recommend it

Cons:

Locația din poză există, dar pe noi ne-au cazat la două blocuri distanță într-un bloc de apartamente în care locuiesc permanent alți oameni! Instalația de aer condiționat nu are opțiunea de incalzire( a fost frig în cameră), salteaua era din două bucăți, clapeta de la wc stă să cadă și mucegai la duș!

Déception que cet hôtel avec un accueil désagréable
Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est surcoté et beaucoup trop cher. La personne qui nous a prise de haut à l’accueil lors de notre départ pour un problème de papier égaré lors de l’enregistrement. Aucune écoute et pas de solutions.

Cons:

The room was way too warm due to the Sauna! Should not be legally allowed!!! The temperature was at least 10 degrees higher than outside (if not more) And AC could not be used due to local government constraints. We did not sleep.
