Mooi hotel op prima locatie.
Pros:

We hadden een mooie kamer/suite op de 6e verdieping

Cons:

Het geluid van de airco!! Je kunt niet zonder airco op je kamer in Bangkok maar deze maakte zoveel lawaai dat hij uit moest om te kunnen slapen.

Great stay at great location
Pros:

The location of Cape House was perfect! Close to shopping and BTS. Suite was exactly as pictured online. It was a great size room and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Executive level lounge had little snacks, coffee, tea, water and juice. Pool area was nice with a sauna , hot tub and gym. Good value for money.Would stay again!

The location is excellent, and the room size is good—especially the living area. The people everywhere are polite.

Cons:

Booking was very difficult; I tried three times without success. I received messages stating that the payment had gone through but there was an issue with the booking itself, and that the amount would be refunded within 24 hours. I tried again the next day and the booking succeeded, yet upon arrival, I was told I hadn't paid and needed to make the payment—even though the booking terms specified prepayment. When I complained, I was informed that they never accept upfront payments for security reasons. The kitchen is very small, the washing machine lacks a dryer, and there is nowhere to hang laundry—neither in the room nor on the balcony. There is no iron in the room, the pillows are completely uncomfortable, the mattress is mediocre and uncomfortable, and the shower area is extremely small.

Pros:

第一次去曼谷，酒店挑花眼，又要出行方便，又要安静，又要空间大，于是就选了这家。离开两条地铁站都比较近（有一条需要从对面 静SPA 边上的小马路穿出去这样走最近），酒店附近都是购物中心，Central world BIG C 尚泰，还有四面佛 三面佛都可以步行到达，酒店往前走就是仑披尼公园，每天早上去锻炼身体，感觉很不错。房间中规中矩，有厨房和洗衣机 微波炉 冰箱可以使用，这点不错，插座确实比较少，但是不用转换器也是可以的。
床垫不算太软，刚好适合我这个腰椎间盘突出患者，床头灯是非常老式的按钮开关，窗帘也是要靠人力拉边上的两根绳子，这点确实有点费事。卫生间有大浴缸，里面洗浴用品都有，但是没有牙刷和牙膏，需要自备。非常感谢前台小姐姐为我们安排了高层不对马路的房间，非常安静，没有被外面的声音打扰。

Cons:

酒店早餐比较单一，没有喜欢的水果。房间里最大的问题可能就是空调了，出风口的声音真的非常大，但不是那种轰隆隆的噪音，而是那种风很大，吹出来的声音，还好每天逛街非常累，一会也睡着了，这是唯一让人觉得不太满意的地方。

A great place to stay at the start to our holiday.
Pros:

Location was perfect for us, quiet but close enough for us to walk to places of interest. The room, which was like a mini suite was also great.

The apartment gives you a great feeling of independence and the facilities give you the feeling of luxury

مكان الإقامة جميل نوعا ما فندق نظيف ولكن ليس بجديد في منطقة جميلة وحواليه سفن الفن وستاربكس ومتوفر حواليه وسائل المواصلات مثل التيك توك والتكاسي

تعامل موظفي الاستقبال غير لائق وغير متعاونين مع نزلاء الفندق
عملوا لنا مداهمة في الغرفة لأننا تأخرنا قليلا عن موعد الخروج من الغرفة في الشيك آوت ولايوجد كوايه ولا طاولة كي إلا بالطلب وثاني يوم يدخلون وشيلونها ؛ حامل الحقائب والموظف اللي عند الباب هو الشخص الوحيد اللي عنه إنسانية ومحترم جدا ويستحق يكون في الاستقبال ؛ الموظفة اللي في الاستقبال اسمها OH تشبه النيبال وسمينه تعاملها معنا غير جيد بالمره ؛ ويتاخرون جدا في حال طلبنا منهم اي شي نحتاجه والفطور متواضع جدا وغير لذيذ ؛ لاانصح احد بهذا الفندق اطلاقاً بسبب تعامل موظفي الاستقبال
