Pros:

Obwohl an einer Hauptstraße doch sehr ruhig.. haben zwei pools,, beide mit Kleinkinder Becken.. Das war sehr gut .. die gartenmöbel haben aber schon mal bessere Zeiten erlebt..Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden.. werde ich fürn November Auf jeden Fall wieder buchen

Pros:

Shuttle didn't take long (although there was half an hour wait at the airport point for it). Room was spacious, bed linen clean and room was quiet/insulated so I could sleep. Good range of toiletries. Room service menu is very comorehensive and food was good

The good, the bad, and the ugly but cheap.
Pros:

The king room was large, the balcony was ok, and overlooking the pool. Overall, the room was nice.

Cons:

Check-in was not pleasant. I arrived around 1pm to a lobby packed with people and suitcases. I went to the dining room where there is nothing western on the menu. Cashew chicken was tasty, and the service was great. They made everyone wait until exactly 2 pm exactly, while they did nothing behind the desk. Then, a long line forms to check in. Then, each person must fill out a form and wait for them to take a pic of everyone's passport. One by one. The manager should take note here. This step should be completed while we are all sitting around waiting until 2 pm. Then they could simply hand us a key as rooms become clean. You are wasting our time by not letting us fill out the form and passport pictures when we first arrive. One receptionist was kind, and the other acted like we were disturbing her.
Breakfast was not great unless you wanted Thai, so toast and salad are it. There is a coffeehouse down the street and a market.
I sent an email a day prior to arrival and asked if they had luggage storage. The answer was yes in the lobby. Unfortunately, it is not locked up but literally sits in the open lobby. That's not luggage storage! Maybe for a day, but anyone could take the bag at any time. You should clarify the term luggage storage. Now, I had to drag my second suitcase to the airport where I paid 2500 baht to store it. Many hotels will store a bag if you return and stay at their hotel. On my return I will stay at another airport hotel like the M Courtyard and pay more to finish off my trip even tho it's more expensive. The area around the airport is very industrial.
