Muy recomendable para quienes visitan la Expo Guadalajara
Pros:

Excelente servicio y atención del personal. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. El desayuno buffet no es barato, pero es muy completo. Muy práctico para quienes tienen que asistir a algún evento en la Expo Guadalajara, pues está literalmente cruzando la calle.

Cons:

El gimnasio podría estar un poco más equipado.

Excellent hôtel
Pros:

L’emplacement ( en face de l’ExpoGuadalajara), la propreté des chambres, la gentillesse du personnel , le hall est magnifique

Das Hotel ist ein ziemliches Ärgernis:
Den Preis und die 5 Sterne Klassifikation ist es schlichtweg nicht wert.
Möbel angestoßen
Teppichboden fleckig
Bettwäsche fleckig und löchrig
Es liegt weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, das man nur mit dem Taxi erreicht (1/2 Stunde), um das Hotel herum gibt es nichts anzusehen.
Außerdem hat man das Gefühl es wird an allem gespart: keine Duschhaube, Nagelfeile etc. im Bad, schon der Cappuccino kostet beim Frühstück extra,Tequila an der Bar ( immerhin 10 €) ohne Serviette, Nüssen oder ähnlichem usw usw
Der Preis ist ständig gefallen: habe nochmal neu gebucht. Während meines Aufenthalts , als ich nicht mehr umbuchen konnte, dann 100€ weniger pro Nacht als mein Preis.

Great staff and room. Breakfast buffet could be better.
Pros:

All the staff: from the front desk to the restaurant/bar to housekeeping, the staff is very warm and professional. The room was great. Especially the bed, pillows and bedding.

Cons:

The furniture at lobby and other common spaces needs to be repaired or replaced. Not a good look. Breakfast buffet could be better considering its cost. It pales both in quality and variety compared to breakfast buffets in other hotels nearby like the RIU Plaza
